Studio 154 tucked away, peaceful and convenient access to the upper valley NH.

Two queen beds comfortably sleeps four. The nook bed is a favorite spot for reading a good book.
Fast wifi perfect for work and play. 43" HD TV with Netflix. A few board games, dining table and a mini fridge make for excellent evenings with family and friends.
Close to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lake Sunapee, Mount Sunapee and Ragged Mountain. Also some excellent golf courses as well as cross country skiing at Eastman.
6 mins from exit 13 on I-89, this space makes an excellent stop to break up long drives.
The space features privacy from the main house. The key pad unlocks the entrance to a laundry/mud room. Plenty of space for ski boots, coats, larger bags, and other gear. This mudroom can be used to drop off bags before check in time if needed.
Once inside, climb the short stairway to the left into the studio. The dimmable lights allow you to set the tone of the room. Set the heater to your desired warmth and settle in.
Choose your bed! One queen is a 12" memory foam mattress. Easy to access at just the right height for adults. The super cozy nook bed is a favorite for kids and adults alike. Use the step stool to ascend into the nook. Settle into the 8" memory foam mattress with additional topper. Just right pillows and a fluffy comforter make this an excellent space for a book and a nap.
Have dinner! Call the Farmer's Table Restaurant or ForbesTavern for take out. The mini fridge will hold your left overs.
Netflix your favorite movies or binge a series you've been wanting to finish.
Work if you must! Fast wifi can get you and your companions on your zoom calls and remote workspace
Enjoy a hot shower with provided necessities. Soft towels and a hair dryer get you on your way to explore NH.
Breakfast on the go from Rum Brook Market with Green Mountain Coffee is a favorite option. Dunkin Dounuts is just down the hill by exit 13 as well.

Property was as described in listing. Spacious garage studio with plenty of room for 2 people for 2 nights. Property is remote but fit our needs as we were visiting friends in the area. Host was communicative upon check in but we did not interact otherwise. Clean and well equipped with nice bed linens and fluffy towels. Would stay again. I will mention that a larger individual might have a problem with the small shower stall.

Comfortable, cozy & convenient

Nice bright studio in a lovely and tranquil setting. The unit is cozy and comfortable with nice little touches including several options for making coffee, a small fridge, toaster oven & microwave. Plentiful towels and basic toiletries on hand. Location is perfect, close to highway entrance and small shopping center. Gracious hosts who went out of their way (shoveling after a snow storm and ensuring walkway was accessible) to make it a great stay.

Family Wedding

This was the perfect place for a family of 4. We had a family wedding in Sunapee and it was a quick 20 minute drive to all the wedding activities. Hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We have family with a cabin in Springfield and would stay here again if return to the area.

Wonderful

We popped up for a quick weekend with family, the apartment was beautifully up to date and spacious! My daughter especially loved the little nook area and slept so well. Bee was kind and welcoming and had so many amenities available to us. We look forward to coming back!!

Comfortable Space

We were very comfortable in this space! We enjoyed its quiet and coziness. My 3 year-old especially loved his bed "nook"! We would be happy to stay here again when we're back in the area.

Super clean, cozy and quiet... great stay!

We stayed at Studio 154 for a couple of nights during the Winter break for a quick ski trip to Mt. Sunapee. We originally booked this place for a three-night stay but due to a snow storm, we only stayed two nights. Lee was super responsive and communicative and provided clear instructions for our check-in and stay. The Studio is just as described, it was very clean and beds are comfortable (and my kids loved the nook bed).

Peaceful NH nook

Well-run and cozy getaway. The owners beautifully redid the upstairs of their garage. Our family of four stayed very comfortably in the large room. We appreciated both the free snacks and access to the high-volume washer and dryer. Plus chickens and goats on the property! The owners kindly left treats for the kids to feed the goats when we mentioned an interest, and the kids loved the activity.

An Absolute Hidden Gem

My husband and I recently stayed at this property on our New England state tour chasing fall foliage. It had all the comforts of home, the hosts were exceptional and the views from the studio were stunning. A Keeper!

We stayed here for about 8 nights and were very pleased with the accommodations. Our one-room hide-away was very, very clean and all the essentials were provided (possibly another coat rack and some bathroom hooks could be added.) It's located in a lovely rural neighborhood with easy access to Route 89 and all the wonderful places along that interstate. The owners were very accommodating and came to our rescue several times when we had problems. (For instance, I locked us out of the apartment one evening.) The room is quite spacious for two guersts and would be fine for four. Food prep aids include a coffee pot, toaster oven, paper plates, silverware, cups, bowls, etc. The A/C and heater worked beautifully. We will return!

Just what we were looking for

We booked this unit as a writing getaway because the price and number of beds/workspaces was right, and it was awesome for that. Luckily, we were planning all along to spend most of our time at the unit, because almost as soon as we got there, our car died and we didn't have it all weekend. Lee and Bea went above and beyond, rescuing us from the streets of Newport, NH and making sure that we had everything we needed! (After already being understanding with an obnoxious number of date changes.) Thank you so much, we will definitely think about your property again for future stays!
