"My stay was very disappointing. The room floors were filthy upon arrival. I requested two extra towels from the front desk, but they never arrived. I ended up walking to the second floor to get towels after another guest told me where I could find them. My room was never serviced during my stay, even though I saw housekeeping staff working on my floor. The room also lacked basic amenities there was no shampoo or body wash provided so be sure to bring your own toiletries if you stay here....

"Loved this hotel, everyone is super friendly and the staff is amazing & very helpful with everything you needed. Clean room, nice staff , good food and drinks. A bit pricey but that’s just everywhere on the island. Great food and entertainment. 10/10 for sure!!"
