"There was existing issues with the apartment, both with cleanliness and with broken and damaged items that we informed the owner of with pictures. There were no kitchen towels for washing & drying."

The tub was several inches higher than the bathroom floor and seems like a significant slip hazard which I didn't particularly like. No significant noise from the other rooms but there was some traffic & train noise (fairly close to the tracks). wifi was included but was inconsistent. "This is a good place to stay when going to a Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Arena District. I wasn't keen on the parking (it's across the street, and kind of difficult to get to and out of). Otherwise, it's a decent enough hotel for what we wanted."
