"Getting to the parking lot was a bit of a challenge due to the convention center. Our GPS kept leading us to different entrances, but once we got there and familiarized ourselves with the surroundings, it turned out to be incredibly convenient and easy to access. The room was spotless, and the amenities and lobby were equally clean. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly."

"Overall, nice stay. Close to downtown, convenient. Some minor issues with the unit. TV wasn't functioning for us, so host called and helped. A previous guest had signed in to a streaming service, so I didn't have to bother my lovely wife, but that really should be cleared after each stay. Air conditioning window unit was not secured, which is something we consider necessary on first floor/easily reached spaces. Plumbing in bathroom was very loose for some reason. "Emergency trip 🚨 from Pennsylvania to Ohio. And without a doubt it was the best option. The staff, the cleanliness in short everything perfect. We didn't get to use the pool because we didn't have time. But if you doubt it, it's very nice. Thank you for your service. I would stay again."

"My wife and I had a room in their loft building — which is a converted wallpaper building from a long time ago. This is very different from the main building, so be aware of this when making a reservation here. Room was spacious and bathroom was very nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating — especially the teams working the bar and breakfast. While our room was clean, the floor in the hallways needed a thorough cleaning. Also, the elevators in the loft building didn’t respond to...

"Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers."

"Be aware they take an addtl 100 for incidentals deposit and 85 if you buy anything in bistro parking was a hassle. But is was the 3rd of July so probably not always that backed up"

"I will never again stay at a Red Roof hotel. After a 6 hour drive, we entered the dingy lobby and waited more than 15 minutes before someone came to the desk to check us in. Then we went to the elevator to get to our room, one of the two elevators was out of order. When we finally made it to the room (very dingy with no decoration whatsoever), we were greeted by a dingy bathroom with no vanity or countertop and no toiletries (except two tiny bars of soap), and an odd fold-out seat or something...
