The bed was incredibly comfy & the inclusion of 3 levels of firmness of pillows was amazing & very appreciated. Communication from beginning to end was proactive, professional & seamless. "Great location; convenient to everything in the short north area. Room was comfortable but a bit small. It was hard to get around the end of the bed with two people in the room. Bed was good. The bathroom was fine except for the light being connected to the vent fan. Anytime you were in there you had to put up with the loud fan. Decor is fun and quirky. People were great."
