"Overall the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Unlocking the entry door was not clearly stated resulting in another guest guiding us. They too had had trouble. Also we had to recheck in for the parking multiple times which turned out to be time consuming."

"Tracy is a wonderful hostess of this B&B! The breakfasts were wonderful and the room was so comfortable, we felt right at home. This is a great location. Literally just a few steps away from Short North, but very quiet and peaceful. We have been here many times, but we really enjoyed our time here this last stay. The rooms have been refreshed and with Tracy as the new manager of the Lincoln Inn we look forward to staying here again soon. "

"The staff was all wonderful. Like many lower middle tier hotels, it has some poor quality repairs throughout that scream landlord special. Functional yes, but esthetically worse than expected at the price of the hotel. The neighborhood has drunken fools shouting by the main entrance at bar close, and stunt car racing up and down the street throughout the night. Not the hotels fault, but it really hurts the experience. Breakfast was amazing and all the staff cannot be complimented enough. "

"Only issue I had was the temperature in the room even when lowered as far as it would go, would not get cold. It was a bit hot in the room, only stayed a night, and didn’t realize until the evening. Wasn’t a deal breaker though, super nice hotel! Would definitely stay again! "

"The room decor with its Ohio State University theme is fun, but, typical of small, urban hotels, the room was small, with little room to open our suitcases. The staff was pleasant and helpful. If we stay here again, I must consider upgrading to a larger room or suite. The location in the Short North is convenient and the room was quiet, despite all the activity on the street."
