Conveniently located near the heart of downtown Grand Rivers. Close to all the attractions this charming town and the beautiful lakes have to offer. It's the perfect getaway for any traveler. Whether you’re a solo adventurer, a couple looking for a romantic getaway, enjoy fishing, boating or hiking, there is something for everyone.

The perfect place to relax and unwind. Inside, the natural wood accents throughout, infuse a cozy warmth into the "cabin feel" atmosphere.
This condo offers a large bedroom, equipped with two queen-size beds, dressed with linens and a full-size bathroom, complete with towels and complimentary toiletries. The fully stocked kitchen has a well-equipped coffee bar to kickstart your morning and provides all the amenities needed to prepare hearty meals or delightful vacation snacks with ease and pleasure. TV’s are located in the bedroom and living room, complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There is also a large deck and firepit area to enjoy outside.

There is ground level access to the unit as well as a stair entrance from the guest parking area.

The large parking lot can accommodate most boat trailers.

Explore the town and enjoy the sites, shopping and food ~ Be sure to stop by the historic Pattie's 1880 Settlement!

Perfect location to venture into LBL’s 170,000 acre outdoorsman’s paradise between Kentucky lake and Barkley lake for hiking trails along the beautiful lake shoreline, OHV trails, or take a drive to see the Elk and Bison.

PERFECTION: COZY & SERENE

Cabin/condo (we rented both side by side units) was well stocked, and super clean. Great location was quiet, by Patti’s Settlement, lighthouse, and dam. Paducah nearby and local well stocked Village Grocery. Would DEFINITELY stay here again because it was PERFECT!

Annual Trip Tradition

We had a wonderful. Everything was as advertised and communication with our host was easy and seamless. We had great weather and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Clean and efficient unit for our trip. Would stay again!

Weekend of memories.

Came down to visit some areas from my childhood. The cabin was amazing. Very clean. Extremely well stocked. Located close to everything we wanted. Plenty of parking for our truck and boat. Easy to hook/unhook as needed. Can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay!! Will recommend to friends and family.

Boating weekend

Went for a weekend getaway just the wife and I. Location is within 5 mins of everything we needed. Patti’s, Tap House Barkley Dam boat ramp all recommended. Had room to park our 21’ boat. Our bedroom was close to the road but it wasn’t loud. Very enjoyable.

Such a cute cabin!

There was my best friend and myself, a baby, 11 and 12 year old and this was the perfect spot for a girls trip! Central to the town, shopping, swimming and everything we wanted to do. I would absolutely book this cabin again. The kids wanted to live there. The marina pictured isn’t far from the cabin, the view is of the surrounding homes and school but so cozy! The only downside is we couldn’t stay longer.

Wow!!! Perfect place to stay very clean well stocked!! Fire pit was cozy and well enjoyed Coffee hot chocolate tea plenty of towel wash clothes extra blankets never needed to call host it is already there Lost power Sunday night but we had our cell phones and a few hours later all was restored I loved it here just perfect and close to all that we wanted to do if I could give more stars it’s a 10! I’ll be back !
