When we got there around 7:30 pm on Friday, 6/13, the hotel itself seemed pretty nice, the staff seemed very friendly, but they had a sign out front saying delay check in because they had no internet. They actually still checked us in by looking at our booking confirmation on my phone, and selecting a room based off that and wrote out name, and room number on a sheet of paper. When we went to go to our room which happened to be on the 5th floor, the elevators sounded like they were going to breakdown, but it still seemed nice, the room was clean etc. We brought a small bag cooler with some drinks for while we are in the room since we were there from Friday - Sunday but the frig did not work at all and during the night there was a lamp that kept flashing out of no where like it was taking photos of us. Saturday morning, I went down to the front desk to let them know about the lamp and frig. The lady said their internet is down and she wrote my name, phone number and room number. Said people was checking out and she can move us rooms once a room id cleaned and would call us once it was cleaned. Needless to say we never got a call, and she asked us to unplug the lamp and put it in the hall for cleaning. That evening, I went down to grab something COLD to drink from their little store and lets just say the lobby was packed with people trying to check in, there was NO one to be found and their camera for the store was pointing to the ceiling. upon check out system still down.
