"My Best Friend & I were in Nashville for a one-night stay to attend the Grand Ole Opry Show. I couldn't have chosen a better location. We were greeted by CHAD at check in & HE helped us with the ENTIRE evening!!!! He called the shuttle service to the show, which is extremely convenient for it drops you at the Opry & picks you up with no hassle. There's a $10 charge per person but well worth it!!! " I wasn’t so sure about the hotel because it doesn’t have an actual staff other than the cleaning crew and maintenance staff. It’s so well appointed it’s really cool and funky. I love that they have sparkling water and Stillwater on tap. The decorations were cool. it’s not a luxury hotel but it’s fun, unique cool and definitely would stay again. I also like that it’s nowhere near the Broadway bars. "

He couldnt get in touch with the other location, so told is we had to call expedia and get a refund and re-book at his location after we had already prepaid and no refunds.
