    In warmer months, the cabin truly comes alive. Step onto your private dock and enjoy lake days filled with kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, fishing, and swimming. We provide a canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards for guest use (seasonal and weather-dependent). Spend long days on the water or simply relax lakeside while taking in uninterrupted mountain and lake views.

    Winter: Quiet, Cozy, and Beautiful

    Winter at the cabin is peaceful and scenic. Soft white fairy and café lights create a warm, welcoming retreat after a day outdoors. Enjoy ice fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking, sledding, or snowball fights. Snowmobiles can be rented in town, with access into Rocky Mountain National Park. Or stay in—prepare a hearty meal in the upscale kitchen, play games, and watch shooting stars reflect over the frozen lake.

We had a awesome stay at the Lake. The cabin was clean, plenty of amenities and everything we needed. Patty was very communicative when we had questions and our kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks.

We are frequent travelers to GL and love it! There is lots of noisy construction next door and difficult parking for two trucks because of narrow road. The cabin is well appointed and the host is very responsive! Thank you for sharing your lovely cabin with our family.

Words can not begin to describe what an amazing stay my family and I had. This cabin and this town are magical. Not sure how I've never been to Grand Lake in the 35 years I've lived in CO, but we WILL be back!Thanking you for thinking of everything and making it feel like we were "at home". I can not believe the views!!!!!!!

Everything as pictured. Good communication with host. Got a little lost on our way but that was our fault for not following the hosts instructions. Google Maps takes you to the wrong place so make sure to read the message the host sends you.

The property was great. The views were terrific. Great access to Grand Lake. We got to Kayak, fish and just chill out. Nice kitchen well stocked with supplies. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor space was lovely.

Great time at the lake!

Our family had a wonderful time at this lakefront property. It was very clean and organized and had everything we needed. Got out on the water with the included kayaks and enjoyed some hiking! We'd love to stay here again!

Amazing setting

Beautiful setting that can’t be beat on Grand Lake. The kayaks, paddle board and canoes were a big plus. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Location

Listing described the property very well. The location and the views were incredible. Hosts made check in/out processes and expectations very easy to follow and understand. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay directly on Grand Lake.

Cozy lake house

The lake house was perfect for our family of 6. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards provided, along with the fire pit. The house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped with the necessities (coffee, sugar, spices, paper products).

What a beautiful spot on the lake! We woke up to hummingbirds greeting us while we enjoyed our morning coffee and watched our kids enjoy a morning kayak. The home is so welcoming and comfortable and the entire experience was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful lake home with us!

Over the years, we’ve always spent time hiking and snowshoeing in Grand Lake and so in February we decided to rent this lakefront property and what a wonderful decision that was! When you instantly step inside you feel like it’s a “home away from home”. The view from the back of the cabin is spectacular of the lake and mountain ranges and whether you’re out for adventure or just coming for rest and relaxation, this cabin will not disappoint. It was super clean and had all the amenities you needed with lots of personal touches making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We loved the beautiful outdoor lighting at night as well. The owners are great to work with plus the location is near Rocky Mountain National Park and one mile from the town of Grand Lake which makes it very convenient to do what you enjoy. We would highly recommend this property, and we hope to be back again in the future.
