Very clean, well supplied, easy access. Cute shops within walking distance. RMNP close. I wish there was more dinning options in the grand lake area.

Location, price and checkin were great. However, when we entered the room the dishwasher was running (without anything in it) and had heated up the room to 80+ degrees. Then this devilish machine turned on again during the night which was really annoying. Secondly, the sheets and blankets have seen better days and did not seem particularly clean.

Great Location, Clean, Spacious

Better than I expected! Living and kitchen areas were spacious. Modern amenities, plenty of parking. Quiet. And we could walk everywhere, to the beach and in town - just a couple blocks off the main streets and marina. We made a last minute trip for the Fourth of July with our two teenage kids and little dog and it was great. So easy to walk everywhere and to the beach to watch the fireworks. No need to get in our car, fight for parking or stuck in the busy traffic afterwards. It was perfect.

Wonderful place. Very relaxing. Staff very helpful and communication was excellent and quick. Rooms were well appointed. Easy stroll to downtown and lake. Super quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (less than 5 minutes). Loved it. Would stay here again.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Communication was great and we had no problems making some last minute changes to the reservation. We locked ourselves out one morning and they quickly came to the rescue. Will be back

Fantastic Location

This was a great jumping off point for visiting Rocky Mountain National Park from the Grand Lake side. There are even a few trails accessible from within the town of Grand Lake. Check in and communication were great, appreciated the ability to walk 2 blocks to downtown for breakfast, dinner, ice cream, etc. Host was very responsive to communication!

Cute accommodations close to downtown Grand Lake

This was a last minute rental over 4th of July weekend when we decided to go up to the lake for the holiday. It was just what we needed for the night, super close to everything in Grand Lake…downtown, the water, the market. We love this area for the shops, kayaking/SUP, hiking and community feel…even with all the tourists! Although it was a short stay, the apartment was clean and convenient, with parking and an easy check-in process. Best of all, it was available when we needed it.
