Spacious Home + Views!

  • This beautiful new home was completed in 2010 and is located just 5 minutes outside the town of Grand Lake right off highway 34. The boat launch is just across the road and we are located 200 yards off County Rd #4, which is the main road you would take to access the snowmobile trails.

    The house has beautiful views of Lake Granby. The home has 2 bedrooms on the main floor. The upstairs has an over-sized master bedroom with a master bath and a second bedroom with one set of bunk beds plus two twins. There is a laundry room on the main floor with a washer and dryer. The gas fireplace is located in the cozy main room where you will find panoramic views out of every window in this room. The pine doors and gas fireplace with split log mantle give the home a mountain feel for your stay. Step outside on the deck and relax while taking in all of the beautiful scenery. Cable TV and High Speed Wireless Internet. The dinning room table seats 10. The large basement leads to the garage and makes a perfect place to get your winter gear on.

    This spacious home has 4 bedrooms and offers everything you would need to enjoy a perfect stay. The master bedroom and the main room both have cable television. Secured wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a master bath with dual sinks. There is also a separate shower from the bath tub. The two bedrooms on the main floor have queen size beds with closets and dressers for storage while you are there. All of the beds have sheets and comforters, so you don't need to bring any. The kitchen is ready for your stay with dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses, silverware, glasses and everything you need to cook at home. The appliances are all stainless steel. The house is also stocked with bath towels.

    The driveway of this home is large and flat, with the perfect amount of space for your RV or snowmobile trailer as well as your other vehicles. The location of this home is perfect for winter activities such as snowmobiling and ice fishing on lake Granby. In the summer you can't be in a better location for fishing and dirtbiking, as well as shopping in downtown Grand Lake. The Idleglenn trail head for snowmobiling and dirt biking is roughly a mile down in the road. Snowmobile directly from the driveway in the middle of winter.

Plenty of room for our family get together and the location is ideal, being right off Highway 34, so close to the lake, and a short drive to either Grand Lake or Granby. Be sure to read the welcome binder since the information there is more accurate than the app.

Great stay

Great location near Rocky mountain national Park, saw lots of prey, just a 15 minute drive away. Went kayaking, also a short drive, a long with family friendly hiking trails all around. It's 4 bedrooms held our party of 7 with room to spare. Nice views over the lake and plenty of mountains to wake up to.

The property was accurately represented. The manager promptly answered all calls. It was close to Rocky Mountain National Park entrance and also to Grand Lake which has nice restaurants and shopping.

A little piece of heaven

This is our 3rd time staying at this beautiful cabin. The location is perfect and the view is breath taking. The kids love to sled right out the front door. The owners always respond in a timely manner. Already planning the next visit.

Cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We do think some things could be updated such as toilets so that the renter doesn’t have to worry about the toilet running too long. Also a propane grill on the deck instead of a charcoal grill in the back is much needed. TVs could be larger and updated. The view of the lake looks much closer in the picture taken than it really is but still the view was beautiful! Very nice and cozy home. Thank you!

Not Clean!!!

Pillow cases where not washed!! I have pictures of makeup smear on the pillowcases!! Yard was not mowed or kept up the sink in the master bedroom was plugged when we checked in it drained super slow i let them know and nothing was done the area of Grand Lake is nice and RMNP is beautiful but i definitely wouldnt stay at this property again when we visit again!!

The check-in was smooth—there is a keypad on the garage door for easy entry. You have to go through the garage and an unfinished area to access the stairs to the main living space. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and one full bathroom there. Then there are two more rooms upstairs, with a bathroom in the master bedroom. So if the master bedroom occupants want privacy or are sleeping, the second bedroom upstairs (which has a bunk bed and two single beds) must use the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and spices; although the coffee machine did not work. The location is ideal—closer to Lake Granby but ten min from Grand Lake, with a limited view of the lake from the balcony. There were screens on the windows but not on the sliding door, which really would have made it pleasant since the breeze was beautiful during the day and into the evening. They ask that you bring your own laundry detergent, and your own shower soaps. Overall, it was a nice stay!

Great location

The property was as advertised and the owners were very friendly and easy to work with. The location is convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park, national forest land and several beautiful lakes. Our group had a great time at this property.

Perfect launch area to see RMNP

This was a great place for our family to stay while we checked out Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very clean and very well-stocked. Best of all it was only a few minutes from the park, so we could explore all day and come back and relax in the evenings.

It was good overall, i just hope it wasnt as cold, we could of explored the area well, the lake is currently frozen.It waz my fault for not planning the days but I booked it for my husband's bday. I rated it 3stars on cleanliness because there was some trash outside by the grill, i saw an empty can of beer, my husband had picked up a dirty diaper😔, inside the house is clean, although it might be time to change some towels as some of them are not clean looking even though they are clean. The house was warm, we slept comfortably, the owner communicated well to make check in a breeze.
