Inside, the layout is perfect for families or groups! The main level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a cozy queen bed, and a beautifully updated full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious primary suite complete with a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with completely updated shower—a peaceful retreat after a day of lakeside adventures.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Was a great place to stay but the only downside was the water is right there but you can’t fish at this property. You have to go down to Park Point to fish and it’s a little ways to walk to downtown.

Best Vacation Ever!

Just my daughter and I doing something different for Christmas. The house was so nice, toasty warm, easy to find, off of Shadow Mountain Lake. Beautiful for 2 or up to 6 people. Everyone in the Grand Lake/Winter Park area was so nice! We may have to make it tradition!

Beautiful views and on the inlet to Shadow Mtn Lake. Kitchen is good enough. A good kitchen table and chairs to seat 6 or more.

Nice, but not what expected

This is a nice property. Very clean, well managed and all. My only complaint is the description lead me to believe this property was on the lake. It is not. It is on a small inlet to a boat harbor. I thought I was going to be in the lake.

Disgusting and Bad Management/ Owner

I understand things happen. But this was by far the worse stay in all my years of travel. What’s worse is the way the manager’s excuse was the owner will address the repairs after we move out and they come stay in a few weeks. 1-The back door will not lock causing a issue with leaving valuables and the security of my family. 2-Refrigerator is horrible. It makes a buzzing noise every 5 minutes making it hard to sleep. It randomly freezes the food in refrigerator and the freezer stops freezing and thaws everything but then freezes again. This was a complaint in other reviews. They knew it was an issue. 3- there was a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor at check in. 4- disgusting large clumps of black hair on the walls of shower upstairs. 5- I called in 1 and 2 Friday afternoon. I was told tge lock could be addressed that day but the manager needed approval on refrigerator. They promised a call back that day with update. Saturday I get a call one day late that nothing can be done as owner is not responding and will be next to stay in unit and may want to address these things themselves. I email the manager with these complaints and told them a partial refund is more than fair. We were unsafe and disgusted by the nasty unit. I own a property management and understand things happen. Minor hiccups but a decent stay

The house was clean and big but some amenities weren't good enough. The location is good in a way that it is close to downtown but the way house is located by the water that the view is very obstructed and right across there are other houses. The check in process requires you to go to the downtown which is very close and get keys from there. And the checkout process is the same. I would have given 4 stars had the price been reasonable. so IMHO the property is decent but definitely not vaue for money.

Great place in Grand Lake!!

This property was perfect. Direct lake access from the back yard. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Location was also close to downtown Grand Lake. Would definitely stay here again.
