Description NOT clear on sharing the back yard and pool with other guests. I was also told not ti let dogs out when I came to the property. My family and I decided this wasn’t how we wanted to spend our private pool family vacation. We tried to cancel so they could rebook it. I understand a full was less than possible but also it was implied to me that it could be. However I feel Craig had no i tensions if that after we got off the call and a few messages later. This is very poor customer service and I was truly heartbroken over not being able to spend time with my family ALONE by the pool.

The hosts were great, check-in was a breeze even though we got there earlier than expected. The property is beautiful and not far from plenty of great restaurants and attractions.

"Comfy Cozy"

The title is how my wife and I described it once we got settled in, sitting on the bed and taking it in. Prior to that, we had met the owner and he was great. Happy, energetic (despite the biting cold), and polite. He walked us back and showed us around. He showed us the backyard briefly (cold) and it was beautiful, night and day. He showed us the inside, where things were, how to set things up. He even turned on the heater for us. Fair warning, it can get very cold in there. There are plenty of heaters and blankets, though. He then gave us recommendations for dinner, including a list he sent to us and left us to our night. Due to a busy weekend, we didn't see him after that but he was easy to contact and we never heard them or loud noises at all. It was a great "comfy cozy" stay!

Beautiful place to rest our head while traveling from Iowa to Colorado

This property is absolutely adorable. You walk through the side gate into a resort looking atmosphere. The pool and Jacuzzi were not in season while we were there. But what a nice addition to a relaxing Atmosphere. There’s a beautiful gazebo where we sat and relaxed while the dogs were able to sniff around the yard. The mother-in-law suite was quaint and perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room, super clean, adorable decorations, and very relaxing. Craig, the host Was right on top of everything. We did not get to meet him personally, but talked on the phone. I would recommend this place 100%. It was beautiful. !

A place to rest our head while driving to Colorado. It was a halfway mark.

Unfortunately, our trip did not allow us to stay at this beautiful oasis on our way home from Colorado. But we did stay on our way out to Colorado and it is a wonderful little piece of heaven. It’s like you walk through the side gate into your own little resort. The mother-in-law sweet was adorable. And just exactly what we needed for our one night sleep over. It was very clean equipped with everything you would need for a short stay. Unfortunately, the pool and Jacuzzi were not open, because of the time of year, but we enjoyed the gazebo and the fenced Yard for our dogs..

Backyard Oasis

The property was just as described! We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time swimming and visiting some local museums, and dinning options. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Highly recommended staying here!

Property was clean, inviting and an excellent location for being at the NE state fair. Pool and overall accommodations were exactly what we needed at a reasonable price! We wjll definitely look at staying here again next year.

Hometown Visit

Spacious, comfortable, clean accommodation for a trip my hometown. Just outside of town in a rural subdivision. Property is shared by the owners and one other rental unit. Nice outdoor space with new landscaping, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and grill. Included a kitchen area with small refrigerator, microwave and sink. Nice bathroom with a good shower. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and Relaxing Place of Respite

We came to see the Sandhill Cranes and very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! The hosts were very responsive if we needed something, and the location and offerings were perfect for our needs! They even provided a warm continental breakfast, at a time that was good for us, as long as we let them know the night before. We'd stay here again!

Nice location. Good communication before arrival - made sure we knew where we were going. Looked clean. Dog smell. No coffee. No propane in fire pit. Uncomfortable with owner sitting in the corner when we were outside. Totally understandable - worries about their property. Minor things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
