3 bedroom, 2 bath in a quiet neighborhood. Newly remodeled side of a duplex.

Clean, safe and quiet home away from home. No cleaning fee* if guests clean up after themselves. There will be a fee of a minimum of $75 if they do not.

Lots of space. Internet. Big, fenced in backyard (up to 2 dogs welcome with a pet fee of $50, but guests are still responsible for cleaning up after their pets and making sure they do not bark excessively). Please keep pets off of furniture/beds. Please bring bedding for your dogs and DO NOT use provided blankets etc for their bedding.
No events/parties, host lives next door so don’t even try. No more than 6 guests overnight, no exceptions. No guests of guests. Confirmed guests are expected to read and understand the house policies and rules. No third party bookings, whomever makes the reservation must be who is staying OR the guest(s) staying must be added to the profile so direct communication between the host and the guest(s) is possible. A positive relationship with the neighbors is vastly more important than a nightly fee will ever be so don’t be disruptive.

This was our first time staying at a VRBO. The property was very clean and freshly remodeled. It was very spacious and i’m surprised by all the extras the house had available in case we forgot something. The house is in a good area that we felt safe. We will definitely try to stay here again rather than getting a hotel.

Clean, comfortable and stocked with nice extras like bottled water and hot coco in addition to the usual coffee set up. Very quiet neighborhood and a nice set up for families. I didn't catch that the queen bedroom and second bathroom is in the basement. I would stay here again if in the area.

We were displaced from our home due to a house fire. With having three kids and two dogs it was hard finding a place that accommodated to us. This was the only place we could find that had space for our whole family and dogs. The host was very responsive to our questions. This home was clean, came stocked well with all the homey items you need. The most important thing to us was having the space for our two dogs. This was the only place in Grand Island that let us have our dogs in the house (everywhere else told us to keep them in the garage or outside). The private yard was a bonus and made our dogs feel at home. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit or needing a short term place to stay.

Good, clean, comfortable

We thought the property was adequate for our 5 adult stay. Everything was very clean and simply laid out. One bath had access from hallway and a bedroom. One problem was that there was a knocking sound in the basement throughout the night. This required earplugs for those in the basement bedroom. The owner was understanding but couldn't do much about it.

This is a fantastic property! We really only slept here this trip, but it offered so much more. Plenty of space inside, super clean and well-kept, and comfortable beds, The back yard is great. . .so much room and fenced for privacy. We would definitely book this location again.

Awesome host for a great pet friendly house

We had a family group with our pets and this place was in a great neighborhood, the house was pristine and the host was fantastic. It was also conveniently located. Would highly recommend this place if youre staying in Grand Island!

This unit was very nice, however I did talk with the host about the bathroom tub which was very slippery and I fell in the tub while taking a shower. Aaron was very apologetic and agreed that a rubber tub matt was in order.
