Two bed two bath plus loft condo in Grand Haven

This two bedroom, two bathroom, 2-story, 1600 sq.ft. condo in beautiful Grand Haven has everything you need for the perfect getaway! This unit has on-site access to restaurants, coffee shop, dry cleaners, nail salon and more.

High Ceilings and open floor plan make this ideal for families and small groups. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steal appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar.

Master bedroom has private bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms are located on main floor. Large balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The large second floor loft area features a sleeper sofa for added sleeping, desk, and a second private balcony.

Additionally this unit offers a large 4k TV with Blu-ray player and streaming service in the living room plus a 4k TV in each bedroom where you can bring your subscriptions to use Netflix, Prime, Hulu, HBO, or login with your own cable service app using the free high speed 400MB WIFI. Unit also includes a washer and dryer. There is access to 2 large community roof top deck right at the end of the hallway. Elevator and open parking for your convenience.

You will be given your own personal code for the door that will only work during your stay and removed when your stay is over. Please note: This building uses open path to enter the building. The app must be downloaded to your smart phone in order to gain entry to the building.

Located just 5 city blocks from downtown area and waterfront where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, splash pad, musical fountain, or just relax and stroll along the boardwalk to the iconic pier and the beach. The Grand Haven State Park is only 1.5 miles away where you can enjoy its sandy beach, picnic areas, and playground.

Enjoy all Grand Haven has to offer downtown, at the beach, the pier or on the boardwalk.

Great condo in the heart of Grand Haven

This condo was a little confusing to find. It looks like an office complex at first. But once you’re in, you’re going to love it! Absolutely, everything you need, clean and comfortable. We’ll come back!

Best 2 bedroom in Grand Haven w Loft to boot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Taras place. It is up to date with all the essentials and easy to use all of the appliances and if i need anything I heard back from Tara within 10 mins max. Even early a.m. I will definitely be back to stay anytime we go visit my Aunt in Grand Haven! Was such a comfortable, lovely and caring place. Honestly felt like Home away from home! Thanks so much Tara!

Great space and great location!

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this property. There was plenty of space for my family of four. It was great to spread out, relax and just enjoy our time together. We traveled to the area with friends, but this house provided us with our own reprieve at the end of each day. It was very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. Host was also super nice and very easy to work with. We’re definitely hoping to come back!

Seamless stay

I've stayed in this building one other time, but Tara's condo was exceptional, both in terms of the condo itself and the cleanliness. We had a group of four (two couples) and it was very comfortable - each couple got their own bedroom and bathroom. There's an additional loft area upstairs too, with a sleeper sofa, which we didn't use. You're also a short drive or walk to downtown Grand Haven and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this condo and it was awesome. The place was clean and met our expectations greatly. We loved everything about it and would definitely come back to this place if we are ever to stay in Grand Haven again. Great Condo

The location was great as our home base. We enjoyed the beach..hiking..and shopping. Culvers and Jimmy Johns are just steps away for a quick lunch. We loved dinner at Snug Harbor. Great atmosphere on the river! The condo had everything you would need. There are places to get groceries on your way in! Downtown has several cute shops and boutiques.

Wonderful condo just like home!

We took our three children ages 3, 7 and 11 on a little mini trip before school began and had a wonderful time in Tara's condo! Her communication was top notch, it was very very clean and comfortable (beds too). Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, loved the loft area for the kids, TV's in every space. We were so busy with all the fun things to do in the area we pretty much came home, ate dinner and crashed but everything you need is provided, right down to little soaps and makeup remover in the bathroom, very impressive! Our 3 yr old went right for the thoughtfully provided toys in the cabinet, which was nice since we didn't bring many. The restaurants right below were so convenient. Thank you so much Tara for a superb time, we would absolutely stay again!
