The main level of the cottage features a gourmet kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, top tier stainless appliances, a butler's pantry with a wine fridge and espresso maker—perfect for crafting morning cappuccinos or evening cocktails. There are two designated parking spaces in the first lot off of Lovers Lane, both marked "Bide A Wee."

- Cancel 14 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 7 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of reservation start date.
There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products, along with emergency maintenance services.
