  • There's something for everyone at this two-bedroom plus loft, ski-in/out condo at Granby Ranch. This corner unit has amazing views, a patio, and easy access to the Kicking Horse chairlift at Granby Ranch Resort. No matter the season, you'll find a variety of outdoor adventures right at your fingertips, including golfing, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, and snowshoeing—fantastic family-friendly skiing on-site at Granby Ranch and only 30 minutes to skiing at Winter Park.

    Venture out a bit and discover several local attractions like the shops and restaurants of downtown Granby, Winter Park, the Fraser Valley Sports Complex, Hot Sulphur Springs, and the Fraser Tubing Hill, all less than 20 miles from your door. If you want to venture a little further, Grand Lake, Indian Peaks Wilderness, and Rocky Mountain National Park are in easy driving distance. On-site, a shared gas grill is just steps away, and access to the year-round heated pool and hot tub at the base lodge are available for a per-use fee.

    Cozy up in the sunny living area, switch on the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite TV channels or challenge one another to a board game at the nearby dining table. The family chef can prepare all your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with an intimate breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a queen bed and large private bathroom including a jetted tub. The second bedroom features bunk beds,perfect for families. This home also boasts a furnished loft with an additional TV. A Pack-n-Play is available for families traveling with little ones. Pack light, too, because there is a private washer/dryer available.

Enjoyed our stay here with our family of 6. Such a cozy place—really enjoyed the fireplace and proximity to skiing. Great to come back for lunch and relax, and then head back for skiing in the afternoon. Comfortable space for all of us to hang out together!

The condo was clean with all the basic amenities one needed. The location was great for skiing and there were plenty of games to keep the kids occupied.

Good Stay with views

Good stay with great views, The condo is spacious and well decorated. Ideal location to everything, we enjoyed Nordic skiing everyday and was happy to have great place to come back to. The owners was very easy to get in touch with when we needed a question answered. This home will make a great vacation for a family if 4 or a couple.

Amazing anniversary spot

We went during the off season between summer and winter and it was the perfect time. Not to many people around so really quiet. Amazing hikes near the place. With Winter Park and Great Lakes near by we were able to explore both towns without the crowds. Highly suggest star gazing while you stay here!

Great family ski trip

We were looking for a property close to lifts at Grandby Ranch. Very nice walking access to the Kicking Horse chair lift. The property was in excellent condition with parking out front. Very quiet area. The property had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to this property again if given the opportunity!

Breathtaking views!

This condo has breathtaking views of Granby Ranch! There was plenty of room for our family of four and the condo had everything we needed. It was exactly as pictured and the hosts were very responsive throughout the booking and rental.. Everything you need is within minutes including a grocery store, restaurants, and a short drive to Grand Lake and Winter Park. We will definitely be returning soon!

Breathtaking views from the town home

My husband I enjoyed 10 days of Nordic skiing and it was wonderful to come home to beautiful views from the townhome. The home has everything you can imagine to cook and relax in a very nice setting. We made some wonderful meals, while visiting 2 great restaurants Dino’s and a local Maverick on this trip. Great location to Snow mountain Devils Thumb for Nordic Skiing. We also visited Winter Park 25 mins away and Grand Lake in the opposite direction 30 mins away. If you love winter sports this is a dream come true. Supermarket and local stores 100 mins away. Great communication with the owners if issues come up. Overall a wonderful stay.

Nice Kicking Horse Condo

One of the larger and nicer layouts in Kicking Horse complex. Condo was as-described and well-equipped. Coffee and condiments, slow cooker in the kitchen. Laundry in unit. Comfortable living room furniture, fireplace, blankets, mattresses, etc. Upstairs bedroom does have two sets of bunks (twin over full, twin over twin), as detailed in the description but not pictures. Walk is around the back of the building and through parking lot for ski access. Only snag was hot tubs were "closed until further notice," so unavailable for our entire stay. But that's on the complex, not this condo.

Nice, quiet townhouse right on the slopes!

Nice property located on the hillside, great views and fresh air all around. Beds weren't too comfy, but who wants to sleep on vacation anyways right? Unfortunately not much to do at the Ranch with reduced days and hours of operation, luckily our goal was to visit RMNP and surrounding areas. Nice location between Winter Park & Grand Lake.

Perfect for family of 5

We had never stayed at granby ski area and this was perfect for our family! The upstairs had a loft where we could put one kid and the other bedroom upstairs had two bunk beds! Kitchen had everything you would need to cook! Fireplace was a huge hit as well!

Perfect!

This is a beautiful, comfy condo in the Grandby Ranch area. Windows everywhere you look provide beautiful views of the mountains and valleys from the three exposed sides. It is well insulated and stays nice and cozy even when the temps outside drop below zero. Kitchen is well stocked and a nice place to prepare meals - which we did often. Our favorite amenity by far is the gas fireplace. It is thermostatically controlled, puts out lots and lots of heat, and is glassed on three sides. In my opinion, nothing beats coming in from the cold and warming up next to a fire. We also liked the Grandby area. There is a grocery store near by which is owned by Kroger and they sell gasoline - so if you are a Kroger shopper, you can use your fuel points. Grandby itself is small but has several restaurants - which we did not have an opportunity to try. We skied at Grandby Ranch and were very pleased. I am a level II skier and enjoyed the green and blue runs. The staff is very warm and friendly. Being a smaller resort, no waiting for the lifts and the runs were never crowded during our trip. I personally prefer this experience over the large resorts. Of course, the cost is also less. If we return to Colorado for our winter fun, we will definitely visit this area again - and stay in this condo if it's available.

Enjoyed everything! Only suggestion is a little more lighting in the living room area.

Our family enjoyed cooking dinner, playing games and the magnificeaway views from this property. Also loved that there was a grocery store 2 miles away! It was a short 25 min drive to the Winterpark Ski Resort, where we spent most of our time. The unit was very clean! We would have sweept but there was no broom! Overall, excellent!!
