Gorgeous and completely updated condo located within Granby Ranch. We know you'll find our condo convenient, spacious and a perfect place to call your home away from home.

KITCHEN: The fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, center island with seating and abundance of cooking and prep space. Updated throughout with new walls, floors, woodwork, doors, TV’s, Blu-Ray, and fully stocked kitchen (spices, Keurig, cookware, etc.). For additional easy living we installed a FULL size washer/dryer (rare find up here) in the unit and offer free wireless internet access.



🛏️ SLEEPING SPACES (Max of 7):
Two Bedroom Unit - Both bedrooms have new comfy mattresses and upgraded deluxe bedding.
Primary bedroom has a king mattress and ensuite private bath.
Second Bedroom has a gorgeous solid pine bunk bed with Full below/Twin on top, perfect for the kiddos or another couple. Plus additional queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo is exceptionally large with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and second bedroom to take in the gorgeous views.



🪟VIEWS: Unobstructed mountain views in this end unit. Enjoy relaxing on the deck in our rocking chairs, capping off a fun day of play.



🧡HOME EXTRAS: We know the small things make a vacation spot perfect and we’ve included them at our condo – kitchen cookware and gadgets, name brand toiletries, upgraded bedding and towels, comfortable sleeping/relaxing spaces, as well as flat screen TV with abundance of movies. You’ll even find a nice selection of board games for days you decide to stay in. Comfortable furniture with plenty of linens and blankets. Luxury vinyl floors throughout (NO carpet!) and a cozy gas fireplace on chilly nights. Our unit has the least amount of stairs in the complex. Once inside, only one step to the family room. We truly want our visitors to have an enjoyable stay with all the amenities of home.



🏊‍♀️AMENITIES: Outdoor swimming pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), outdoor grill right outside building, tennis courts, basketball hoop, pickleball, small swing area.



🔐SECURE ENTRY: This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to the unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay.



🚴‍♂️BIKING: In summer, Granby Ranch provides some of the best downhill mountain biking in the world. Grand County has hundreds of miles of great mountain biking trails for all levels of bikers. Bike racks are available in the parking lot.




🏌️‍♀️GOLFING. Grand County has four great golf courses, with the back nine of Granby Ranch Golf is visible from the deck. The clubhouse is only a mile away and has food and beverages for your enjoyment.



🚶‍♀️HIKING. During the summer, take the Quick Draw Lift (free) at the base of Granby Ranch and enjoy hiking trails throughout the mountain.



🎣FISHING. We have world class fishing in the Fraser and Colorado rivers. If you like lake fishing or boating, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain and Granby Lakes are less than 30 minutes away. Several fishing outfitters are also available in the area.



💒 WEDDINGS. Granby Ranch hosts many weddings every year and our unit is a perfect location if you’re traveling to attend one.



Or, drive to Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP) and Grand Lake, only 30 minutes away, to explore one of the most beautiful National Parks in the Country.

Beautiful property for a Granby Adventure

The space was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Everything was very clean and well appointed for our stay. The view from the living room is unmatched and the unit felt like home after LONG days out on the hill. We would absolutely stay here again for a return trip to Granby. Thanks for hosting us!

Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay here! The place was super clean, and the location was awesome. It’s just a short walk to the ski lift and a quick drive to the lodge. The board games were a fun bonus, and I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed. The little touches like laundry detergent, spices, K-cups, and soap and shampoo were really appreciated. The views were stunning too! I would definitely recommend this place and we will absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful views/convenient location!

This property was very clean, bright, full of natural light, and in such a convenient location for skiing! Communication was easy with the owners. This property had ALL the necessities for convenients (dish soap, trash bags, laundry pods, coffee pods, etc). This made arrival smooth and gave us a day or so before we needed to grab things we hadnt packed (we packed some food to get us started). The views are unbelievable! The livingroom is full of bright windows all around and this property, being at the corner, made the views even more lovely. Even though we have a large family, we were able to find room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The location is perfect and we were able to take a short walk in ski boots to the ski resort which saves loading everyones ski equipment twice a day or more. We came back for lunch each day and headed back out to finish the day skiing. This was a great place to stay and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Excellent location

The property was as advertised. All the amenities particularly kitchen amenities were available. I liked that the owners carefully go through any non-perishable condiments and products and keep appropriate things aside for the next guest. That made life really easy when it came to buying groceries. We really liked the proximity to the pool and the base ranch. Both of these were steps away. The pool was heated and we enjoyed splashing around in the pool. The base Ranch has these convenient chair lifts which go to the top of the mountain. Granby Ranch is also closer to Rocky Mountain entrance. Directly outside the ranch is a very nice grocery store along with a few fast food joints. All in all I would highly recommend this unit. I will absolutely Reach Out to the owners and stay here in the future

This property and Granby are both hidden gems!

This property in Granby was perfect for our young family of 5. Well equipped and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending to friends and family looking to make Granby their base for Rocky Mountain National Park.

Wonderful!

This was a perfect place for our family’s first ski trip. Condo was exactly as advertised. Views were beautiful. Space was great. Beds were comfortable. So many extras at the condo. Loved the game cabinet, box fan, extra blankets, laundry soap, ice maker…and many more extras!

Great Experience at Granby Ranch

What a great spot to introduce our daughters to skiing for the first time! We loved our location, and the condo was so cozy and a great place to relax. Leanne was so great to work with and really made our stay very enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Great getaway to the mountains

The check in process was easy. The property was clean and had a good amount of the basic necessities, seasonings, condiments, pots etc. It would have been nice if they had real cutlery. There was extra blankets and ample sleeping space so we didnt ever feel cramped. The sofa bed was also pretty comfortable and the location was great.. less than 5 minute drive to base lodge. I would definately stay here again.

Wonderful week in Granby Ranch

We are happy we rented this place for 6 nights. The condo has a nice layout, it felt very roomy. The kitchen is well stocked with like new appliances. The family room has comfy furniture and a million dollar view that requires morning coffee and a late afternoon drink on the sofa. The bed was wonderful, and the master bathroom very nicely updated. Granby Ranch is such a convenient location for Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and Winter Park. The grocery store is close, too. Leanne was very prompt to answer the questions we had. We will be renting this condo again in the future.
