  • Located on the first fairway of Grand Elk Golf Club, this upscale 3BR/3.5BA townhome provides a comfortable home base amidst panoramic mountain and golf course views.

    Grill out on the back deck and dine alfresco in the fresh mountain air. You'll love the spacious layout, two living areas, and warm wood accents throughout. Two bedroom suites add a touch of luxury.

    LIVING AREA
    Watch your favorite shows on the large smart TV in the living room and enjoy the warm ambience of a gas fireplace.

    KITCHEN & DINING
    Prepare delicious meals in the kitchen, featuring a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances.
    The dining table offers seating for eight and the kitchen bar seats four.

    This home sleeps 10 guests between three bedrooms.
    The primary bedroom offers a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
    The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
    The third bedroom is furnished with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.
    The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

    Parking is available for one car in the garage and two in the driveway. The driveway is shared with the adjoining unit. Street parking is allowed during daylight hours.

    In warmer seasons, Granby Ranch transforms into a hiking and mountain biking paradise -- walk or ride the aspen-lined trails through pristine wilderness. Explore Lake Granby (16 minutes) by boat or swim at one of the lake's beautiful beaches.
    You'll find a variety of cafes and restaurants within a 6-minute drive on West Agate Avenue.

The place was perfect for us and located 10 minutes from great cross country and great downhill skiing.

Great Mountain Getaway

We came up to the mountains for a long weekend with skiing at Granby Ranch and tubing in Fraser. We’ll rent this house again for sure!

Beautiful Location

An amazing middle spot between going to winter park or downtown near grand lake. Grocery store within walking distance. Great golf course view. Plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Would stay here again

Great house

Clean and spacious. Good location. Very homey with updated area. Only negative we couldn’t get in with door code given. Was quickly resolved.

Beautiful view

The townhome and Scenery was beautiful! Everything was very clean. Plenty of towels to use and having the washer and dryer was a plus for our activities. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lots of dishes and kitchen supplies were available. Dishwasher was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Co.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful home, so spacious with 2 living areas. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very well stocked. Kitchen was great, laundry room was great, we loved staying here. The only bummer was the propane tank was empty so we could not use the fire pit and there were no cushions on the wicker furniture. We did really enjoy the patio on the upper floor, gorgeous views. Great neighborhood and friendly people, will definitely stay in this house again.

Great house, well equipped, with a ski track!

The house is spacious and well equipped. Our favorite part was that we could jump on the groomed track right behind the house from the back porch. We got in a great 2.5 mile Nordic ski on the golf course! Nice amenity for biathletes and cross-country skiers visiting the area. A small maintenance issue was fixed promptly by a very responsive and professional service tech. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place/some frustrations

The house is very nice and spacious. Our family had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different things, even as we were together. We did have a few issues that were frustrations: there were spiders in one of the basement bedrooms. Two breakers got thrown our first night for some reason, but we figured that out AND got a very quick response from the property management firm. The biggest frustration was the driveway being resurfaced during our stay. The garage was an awesome perk and really nice for unloading right in the back door. Load out was made much more difficult when we had to park on the street to load out at the end of our stay.

Peaceful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a very peaceful location with awesome Mountain View’s. Easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park, river rafting and hot springs.
