However, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and the multi-level deck are available on the main floor - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. Camera 2 is located on the garage, facing outward toward the driveway. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the devices (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed. -NOTE: Guests are allowed to tie their boat up to the side of the dock during their stay. The boat slip and lift is not available for guest use.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lake house. It was very spacious and accommodating to us! Love the back porch and the boating dock! Will definitely come back

I always look for unique experiences for our family, and this was a neat one! So many different levels of decks, a hot tub, a brand new dock, and you felt like you were nestled in the trees. Scott was very accommodating. I would recommend!

We enjoyed this location. Everything matched with the online listing. There are not additional towels provided for the hot tub, and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. We had 8 people in our party and were given 9 towels in the house, so we ended up doing laundry each day due to having to use the same towels for the hot tub. But the owner was fast to respond to questions and did offer to bring more towels, we just didnt want to mess with it. ) Would recommend.

We loved this house! It was *almost* perfect. The only issue was that we could not access the boat slip and had to tie our boat to the cleats on the dock. Fortunately, the cove had very little wind and it was not a huge issue. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lakeside Tree Top Cottage. It had everything you needed and more. We enjoyed the large hot tub and spending time on the newly remodeled boat deck. The master bed was beyond comfortable and the master bath is to die for! We loved how close the property was to local attractions like downtown, the beach part of the lake, and the brewery. I also really enjoyed the large decks to take in the view and enjoy a cup of coffee on in the morning. It was perfect for a couple's weekend getaway and we can't wait to come back with our boys!

An Amazing property and an even better host! Our original vrbo fell through and we had to come up with a replacement vrbo to house a variation of friends/family that was in a specific location and this did NOT disappoint! Cleanliness, space, and hosts were top notch.

We spent a lovely weekend, enjoyed the jacuzzi under the stars. Be aware it isn’t super private, but loved watching the birds and water from it. Kitchen is large, we brought most of our food already prepared. If you need any specialty gadgets, plan to bring those. Host communicated quickly, we would love to return.

The Lakeside Treetop Cottage was exactly as advertised. Scott was a great communicator and answered all of our questions. He even installed a ladder on the boat dock after I read in a review that there wasn't one! We went with our two young teens who each brought 2 friends. The hot tub, game room, and downstairs bedroom/bath suite were big hits with the kids. We rented a boat and stopped for break at the cottage dock - worked perfectly. The living room furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

We rented this house for a few nights during spring break. The house was perfect for our group of young children and adults. The hot tub was great and the game room was a hit. The location allowed for trips to Dinosaur Valley, Fossil Rim and the towns around the area. We will definitely be back!
