All rooms have wooden ceilings. Option of travel cot for children. Direct access elevator to the house.

Rehabilitated building. It has all the comforts and is fully equipped.
Wifi. Heating and air conditioning in bedrooms.

It allows the closest connection to all the services of the city; being a few minutes from Plaza Lobos, Recogidas, Plaza Nueva, Catedral and Alhambra without using a vehicle.
It offers the opportunity to experience first hand all the charm and history of this city.

Lovely Apartment - Great patio!

Everything was perfect. The neighborhood was very walkable and the apartment was close to almost everything we wanted to do. When it wasn't, cabs were easy to get.

Great stay in Granada

The appartment is ideally located, at a stone throw from the Cathedral and the Royal Chapel. Major historical sites and districts are very nearby and you can enjoy walking down the typical districts of Albaicin and Sacromonte. The bars and restaurants offering is great. Bus system is very convenient (and cheap) to easily get to the Alhambra. The appartment is cosy and the real added value is definitely the terrace. Though, mind your head when using the rooms upstairs as the ceiling is really low. Apparently the building suffers from drain issues and a very bad smell was floating in the bathrooms. It disappeared after a few showers but came back when it rained. I though suspect a city drain problem rather than an issue with the appartment. Fani is a really kind host, providing very useful tips and was very accomodating with our luggage when checking out. We do recomend this place for a stay in Granada !

El departamento es espacioso y limpio, fue fácil encontrar el lugar y estuvimos muy cómodos. Sin embargo el edificio tiene un problema con el escape de gases provenientes del drenaje de la calle. Era necesario abrir las ventanas para disminuir el olor.

Heel veel ruimte en luxe in een appartement midden in de stad. Je kunt zelfs lopend naar het Alhambra. En supermarkten, restaurants en winkels zijn ook binnen handbereik.

Great spot & host!

The host and property were great. It had enough space for 5 of us girls, each of us had our own bed. The kitchen and terrace was also lovely! My one, large complaint is that the walls are thin as heck and the beds were so uncomfortable, none of us slept well for the 3 nights we were there. The beds need to be replaced! If the beds were comfortable, the whole experience would’ve been much better.

This place is in an excellent location with a great balcony. Plenty of restaurants and patisseries nearby :-). Communication response was slow sometimes but lovely host. Note, the mezzanine level is coverted loft so low ceilings and you can hear walking around. Overall we loved it.

Appartement exceptionnel

Très bon accueil. Hôtes ponctuels. Nous étions 4 dans ce spacieux logement où vous pouvez séjourner à 12 sans problème (3 salles de bains et WC). Très propre. Immenses terrasses pour manger le soir (le midi trop chaud en Mai). Très bien situé pour visiter tout à pied. Très propre et très bien équipé.

Great property. Nicely kept. Well worth money. There is no onsite parking. We had to wait for place as the owners said they did not get reservation forwarded by Expedia. That was the only issue. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Genau, was wir wollten

Mit sieben Erwachsenen haben wir eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung gehabt. Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, findet man in der Umgebung alles: hervorragende Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Taxis, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch für sieben Personen Ist die Wohnung gross genug. Die herrliche Dachterrasse ist gut eingerichtet und wir hatten das Wetterglück, dass wir die Terrasse von morgens bis abends geniessen konnten. Diese Wohnung können wir nur weiterempfehlen 😉👍

Lovely large apartment in central Granada

This is a good space for a group or for a family visiting Granada. It is located 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral and old city area full of lovely shops and bars/restaurants. Note though the cancellation and change policy is strict. Despite the fact we arrived with a number significantly fewer than reserved we could not make any changes and were charged +€200 for “extra” guests who did not come because those changes were within 14 days. Also note the host reads English but does not speak it well. She was slow to respond to our requests for arrival instructions - causing some stress. However, overall this is a great place to stay in Granada

Good location, very well staged.
