"Overall, I had a good stay at Imagine Beach Hotel in Auckland. The location was super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the main metro station, and it was also an easy pickup point for tour buses, which made getting around very stress-free. Safety and convenience are my biggest priorities when traveling, and this hotel definitely delivered on both. I felt very safe throughout my stay. For cleanliness, I’d give it around 4 stars. When I first checked into my room, I noticed a small confetti...

"This stay wasn’t as good as my last as this room didn’t have a seat and table. Had I known rooms of the same standard have different layouts, I would have asked for one with a seat and small table. This room was much smaller than last time and I wondered if I’d had a first time experience that wasn’t to be repeated."

"We arrived late and tired. Team member Raj had communicated late check in process very clearly so we went straight to our room. We were pleasantly surprised, the room is very very clean, modern, comfortable and we were upgraded which was such a blessing. This morning Raj was also very helpful, informing us of what was around. This is customer service at its best. Thank you, we will be back."
