NEW LAKE HOUSE HOT TUB/POOL /PRIVATE BOAT RAMP/ BOAT SLIPS+DOCK/ 4/3 SLEEPS 10

Possum kingdom Newly built lake house with private boat ramp and 6 boat slips/dock area. In close proximity to rocker B as well as the cliffs golf course and many other attractions. The private boat ramp area is gated and only people in the neighborhood can use it by entering a code and it makes getting your boat in the water a breeze because there is hardly anybody else using the boat ramp. The neighborhood is also gated and requires a code to get in as well as the pool house area .The house is newly built and comes with all the basic amenities you’ll need. There is a propane grill in the backyard along with a fireplace inside and outside. The house sleeps 10 people comfortably. There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed all of which are memory foam mattresses with memory foam toppers. The 4th bedroom contains a queen sofa bed which has a mattress topper for it as well as a double bunk bed which are both full size mattresses. Also if interested there is a 2021 centurion fi25 wakeboard boat that can be rented during your stay that comes with a captain. Surfboard, wakeboard, tube, life jackets etc included. Hot tub in backyard and community pool is a very short walk or drive from the house.

Beautiful home…the open spaces, gated access, loved the outdoor area with the hot tub. And it was convenient to Rocker B Ranch and PK lake. Can’t go wrong with this property. Great communication from the owner as well.

House was perfectly located from Rocker B where we were playing. Entry into neighborhood and house were super easy. House was in a great gated neighborhood. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to get ahold of Jacob and he always replied quickly. The whole process was easy.

The property was very nice and new and was perfect for us. We were less than 10 minutes away from Rocker B, which was extremely beneficial. Two masters was nice, the tvs and internet service was fantastic. Neighborhood was very quiet and it is a nice place to relax. We thought that what turned out to be the community pool was part of the property based on VRBO pictures, but it was only a few minute walk away.The hot tub on property was nice. Host was very responsive to any questions.

Overall, this is a great property in a good location. The amenities available were excellent and gave us all options to experience the day the way we wanted to. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice and clean. Every bedroom had a large screen smart tv. The only knock I have on the property is not enough seating spots in the living room, definitely not a deal breaker though. The property host was very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely consider this porperty for future stays.

Great option for RockerB!

House was perfect! Very clean. Only about 8min down the road to Rocker B. Had two great options for restaurants. The local small town grocery store was cute. Dollar general had more options in regards to snacks and drinks.

Excellent property!!!

We stayed here for a tournament weekend at Rocker B! Super close to the baseball complex and convenient to the lake as well. Mattresses were so comfortable and the house was perfect size for 3 families to share comfortably. Would highly recommend !

Exceptional Vacation Rental

House was fully stocked, furnished and very clean. We met the owner and he was very nice and even escorted us to the off- site private boat ramp for the community. I will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

Rocker B Trip

My husband and son are coaches for a travel ball team from Austin and we followed them up for a mini vacation. We were 15 minutes from the Rocker B location where the boys played! The area is beautiful, the house was amazing and laid out so very well for our "double family" to stay in. The outside area was amazing and we the host was so very accommodating for our stay. Thank you for making our weekend a good one.

Beautiful house just minutes away from the lake

The stay was wonderful! The house was beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood! There were a few spiders but that’s to be expected in the country and especially a new build house. We were only a 10 minute drive from the docks where our boat was stored but of course the neighborhood one was only a 5 minute drive if we wanted to not have to drive as far but 10 minutes was not bad! All the restaurants and bars were about the same 10 minutes or under! Some really cute small towns like Mineral Wells and Graham were less than a 30 minute drive with a lot of cute shops and boutiques as well!

House clean, community pool a few blocks away, bring ping pong balls if you want to play, its at the community pool. Private dock short drive away was nice.
