Located at Possum Kingdom Lake, this home is two bedrooms and one full bathroom with shower and tub combo.
***Recent upgrades have been made with even more on the way.***

> Enjoy the covered front and back porches, fire pit, and propane barbecue grill.
> A full size washer and dryer is available in the laundry closet off the living room.
> Fiber internet is available and Roku TV with guest mode is available in the living room and bedroom 1.
> Relive the "good ol' days" with the available DVD/Blu-ray player in the living room.

This house sits off the main road of FM 2353 at Possum Kingdom and is located near local restaurants, bars, and stores. Rocker B Ranch is only 11 miles and the lake is .25 miles away. Check out the historic stone arch bridge where Highway 16 crosses the Brazos River below the dam only 6.5 miles away. While you're there, take a dip in the cool water or launch your kayak/canoe for a river adventure. The Cliffs Golf Course and Resort is a short distance for those wanting to have a great time on the course.

Additional boat/trailer parking is available (no charge) at the owners residence (one mile away) for those staying at the cabin.

Nice little getaway!

We were there for our grandsons baseball tournament at Rocker B. We enjoyed the little bit of time we actually spent at the house! Our last morning was awesome sitting on the back porch. The only thing I would change would be the toilet, lol. There needs to be a tall, oblong shaped toilet for us with bad knees. Easy fix. Yes, we would come back here!

Convenient location

1 year anniversary

Arriving and walking in the house was very clean and smelled great, the host had a little gift basket for our wedding anniversary it was very sweet. All amenities and everything around the house worked as listed. We wanted to go fishing and was given a few places by the host of where to fish and my husband caught a 5lb bass at the location that’s circled in the information binder that shows where to go. All in all this was a wonderful weekend and will be coming back in the future, will also be recommending this place to others. 5 out of 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Property was perfect. We were there for a baseball tournament at rocker b ranch. The home was cozy and plenty of space. One of the bedroom tvs didn’t have a remote so we couldn’t lay in there and watch tv but not a big deal. We would definitely stay here again if we come out there to play again.
