Our cozy flat in Grado Pineta is located on the 1st floor of a building without lift, just 30mt from the beach. The apartment features a kitchenette with microwave, a living room with a single sofa bed that includes a pull-out second bed, a comfortable double bedroom, and a windowed bathroom with shower. Enjoy the south-facing terrace with partial sea view. Amenities include TV, A/C and one small covered parking space per booking. °Pets are not allowed.
