"this hotel location is not in a clean area of the city. It’s very small the hallways are so narrow. You can’t pass by another individual. You have to wait until they walk past you. They’re supposed free snacks are very cheesy and doesn’t make the hotel any special. The staff was very unfriendly and when I wanted to go somewhere else, they proceeded to not give me my money back."

"The only down side is the parking , the 24 hr parking lot isn’t 24 hours spent 2 hours looking for parking I was highly irritated the parking attendant told me parking would be available when I got back from my event guess what nope closed both garages other than that the hotel was nice"

"Lovely room, great amenities (including welcome prosecco). But the real stars of this hotel are the staff. We had to hunker down and cancel plans because of the storm and everyone was so accommodating and understanding. We were also celebrating a birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. I want to give a special thanks to the front desk staff including Angel, Micelle, and Simon - you guys were truly wonderful."

"We stayed in the financial district for one evening and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Brooklyn Bridge and walking distance to things in the area. This was a great hotel! Very quiet and the staff were extremely accommodating. We were there on March 17 and the staff that was there were extremely helpful. We had a very nice room and a nice view of the bridge!I would highly recommend this hotel if you were in the area."
