"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past.

"Need better housekeeping! The floors in the showers were nasty! We even changed rooms because of it and the second room was just as bad! There was no soap in the shower or bathroom. The AC was not very cold and the water really never got hot- just warm. We liked the hotel but it needs some attention! Also it is great that they are dog friendly but the dog park is on the back part of the parking lot and was pretty dark at night."

"Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly."
