"This hotel is charming but could do so much better. There was no chest of drawers for clothing, a faulty shower, and they have changed the restaurant breakfast to only a $35 buffet with cold eggs. Staff is young and very nice but can’t seem to help. No business center. Tiny gym. Disappointing."

"Parking was difficult with automation. Difficult getting out. Need a gate person. Gate automated bar almost hit my hood. Valets were on their phones not helpful. Would consider not staying thete until they fix it. A five star hotel needs 5 star personnel. Not more automation"

"The staff member at the front counter was nice and welcoming. But where shall I begin? First of all, I was given a room with one bed instead of two. I was quickly moved to a two bed room, which I appreciated. When I went to look for the bathroom, I was shocked to find there was none in the bedroom! They have communal bathrooms and showers. I have never experienced this in my 30+ years of staying in hotels. Why it was not clear that all the rooms to not have a bathroom or shower, I do not...

"Started off rough as I was given the wrong room number, a staff tried to help by calling the front desk with no success. Took over 30mins to get things taken care of. Besides that, it was a nice hotel."

"The rooms were spacious for being in the Bay Area. The property was kept clean and the valet was always available to retrieve our vehicle. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt safe staying in the area and took a walk during the day. We would stay again if needed."

"The room was very clean including the bathroom. I’m a stickler when it comes to clean bathrooms in hotel rooms. The staff was very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay. One thing I do want to mention is the price of $33 for breakfast per person was ridiculous. The menu was not posted but when the cashier told me the breakfast was $33 a person, he lost me. I didn’t care what was on the menu. Bring down the price of breakfast."
