Cocoonr is offering this charming 100 m² holiday cottage in Gouesnach for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Its spacious, light-filled high-ceilinged living room, private garden and prime location between the River Odet and the beaches of Bénodet and Fouesnant make it the ideal base for exploring southern Finistère.

The property comprises a lovely living room of around 60 m², a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room (with shower), and you can enjoy a private garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 60 m² living room with sofas, a wood-burning stove (wood not provided) and a dining area
- An open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A utility room
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds (80x190)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with a lighted mirror and a toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A south-facing, landscaped outdoor area featuring garden furniture, a barbecue, sun loungers, a parasol and decorative planters.
- A beautiful, private, unfenced garden of 1,000 m²

The holiday cottage is situated in a peaceful, leafy countryside setting, between the River Odet and the coastal beaches.
The centre of Gouesnach, situated about 1 km from the gîte, offers essential shops and services: a mini-market with a bread counter, a patisserie, a bar-tobacconist’s, a chemist’s, a doctor’s surgery and charging points for electric vehicles.

Activities:
- Hiking on the GR 34 and coastal paths
- In season, a wide range of events, maritime festivals, markets and festivals punctuate the summer throughout southern Finistère
- Nearby, enjoy a wide range of leisure activities: sailing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, surfing at La Torche, golf (three courses nearby), excursions to the Glénan archipelago, cruises on the Odet, as well as the beaches at Bénodet, Fouesnant and Beg Meil.

Transport:
A car is recommended to make the most of the region.
The gîte has a private outdoor car park suitable for all types of vehicles, with several parking spaces available.
Bicycles can be parked under cover in one of the carports during your stay.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Quimper TGV station: 17 km away

Other notes:
- The holiday cottage is attached to the owners’ house. You will have a separate entrance, a private car park and a private outdoor area.
- The wood-burning stove is in working order; wood is not provided.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for through our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed-rate surcharge may apply.
