"Very happy with the hotel and staff on the front desk. Disappointed that the pool Was closed on our first night as we chose your hotel for the pool facilities. Breakfast was good apart from the flies. Room Was lovely and clean. Disappointed the tea bags were not filled up two days running, had to get some at breakfast in the end. We enjoyed our stay thank you o think we will be back"

"I loved the en-suite lovely big bed.The kitchen was excellent had everything you needed.It was very warm in the front room.there is a local shop down the road and the bus stops outside.it was extremely clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful."

"I booked this stay to go to a concert at the nearby Brudenell Social Club (5-10 minute walk) and it was the perfect choice. Excellent communication with the host made the check in process very smooth. I strongly recommend it."

"Value for money hotel. Fixtures and fittings are tired but the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Great value cooked breakfast for £7. Road a bit noisy. We were able to leave our car behind the building for the day which was great. If stairs are an issue/heavy luggage pays to be aware you might have a few flights of steps to climb depending on your room! Staff very helpful and friendly."

"Situated in a great location, the apartments were spotlessly clean & fully stocked. The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend."
