Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Het verblijf was prima voor de beperkte tijd dat we er waren. Helaas was de douche alleen in bad voorzien en geen aparte douchecabine. Verder hebben we contact gehad met de verhuurder over de netheid van het appartement. Daar werd snel op gereageerd. Bedden/beddengoed/keuken waren schoon en netjes. "

"We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this apartment. Everything was beautifully and lovingly decorated, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed. "De inventaris van de keuken is aan de magere kant. Er is geen hapjespan om lekkere gerechten klaar te maken. Er is alleen een koekepan. Daarnaast werden we verrast door het moeten betalen van servicekosten. Ik heb dat nog nagekeken en het staat inderdaad op de boekings bevestiging. Het voelt als geldklopperij en voor ons een reden niet weer via Belvilla te boeken."
