"We got an entire apartment to ourselves. It is located in a township area and is easily accessible to a couple of beaches, club (fitness center and sports). The only thing that we found restricting was the options for food. But overall a great experience and time well spent. Great stay and we'd love to go back again :)"

"Excellent location, walking distance to both bus station and old town. There are lockers to store our luggages which is an absolute plus! The room is clean and quiet. Only one thing to improve is adding a blocker to the shower area to avoid water overflowing. "

"Great and central location in Zadar and easy to reach everything. The manager was very friendly and helpful, which made check-in and the stay simple. The apartment was clean, tidy, and matched the description, so everything was as expected. Overall, a good and straightforward place for a short stay."

"We stayed here for 1 night. The communication before we arrived was very good, with the host advising us of the best parking options. When we arrived, the host gave us some excellent information about Zadar, and not only recommended a couple of good places to eat, but also called to make reservations for us. "We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. "My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were driving down to Split for our primary stay and flew in from Scotland with the only direct flight to Croatia being Zadar. We wished we could've stayed a little longer because Villa Mirakul is a beautiful property and we would've loved some time to explore the area.
