Lakefront Condo w/ Boat Launch! 20 Min to Smith Mtn Lake State Park!

We are so excited to finally invite guests to stay at our newly renovated and thoughtfully designed home on Smith Mountain Lake! This has been our family's dream lake home, and we hope that you will also create lifetime memories here just like we have. We are located on a very peaceful cove, perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. This is a wildlife lovers paradise, as we have many deer and herons that visit, and its also a fishing hot spot!

Make yourself at home! You will have the entire house to yourselves during your stay. You will be able to come and go as you please using our keyless entry.

This house features:
-Free parking on premises
-Lake front with trailer in/trailer out boat launch
-Large back deck overlooking lake to enjoy your morning coffee
-Propane grill for a backyard BBQ
-Spacious yard where you can watch lots of wildlife roam
-2 adult and 2 kid kayaks
-Firepit for fun bonfires with the family
-Fun and unique design throughout the home
-Fully stocked kitchen
-2 bedrooms (BR 1 - Queen bed, BR 2 - 2 twin beds)
-Washer & dryer
-40" Smart TV in living room to connect to all of your favorite streaming apps

Dogs are welcome! We love our fur babies and understand what it is like to find places to bring them along. Due to the extra cleaning requirements/precautions we take after pets stay with us, we do charge a $100 fee for the first pet, and $75 for the second pet. Only 2 dogs allowed per stay please!

Perfect Stay for Graduation, Birthday, and Anniversary All in One

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house while in town for my sister’s graduation. Coincidentally, it was also my birthday and our 14th wedding anniversary that same week, which made the trip even more special. On our last evening, we enjoyed a peaceful barbecue on the lovely deck, overlooking the serene lake—a perfect way to end our stay.The house was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The welcome information provided made it easy to navigate the property and feel right at home. We especially appreciated the quiet and calm surroundings, which made for a truly relaxing getaway.Thank you for a great experience—we’d absolutely love to return!

Perfect Lake Retreat

We booked for a fishing trip traveling from out of state. The owner was great with information about the area and communication. The place was very clean, comfortable after a long day of fishing, felt safe and secure, very well stocked and a perfect location. Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was great!

Labor Day Weekend Stay

would not rebook this property. We ended up leaving a day early. Overall, felt that the quality of stay did not warrant the price tag of this property (over $300 a night with taxes and fees). Lawn / landscaping needs serious attention; the grass was extremely overgrown and went past ankles. Had issues with washing machine not operating properly and over flowing.

We won’t stay anywhere else on SML!

My husband and I had to modify our honeymoon at the last minute due to my health. Erin accommodated us when we booked THE NIGHT BEFORE we checked in and was so communicative the entire time. It was clean, beautiful, and private. I never leave reviews, and have stayed at numerous places at the lake, but this is the only place we’ll return to! Absolutely a pleasure!!

Perfect, quiet spot on the lake!!

We come to SML every year and had a larger group this year so needed a second house. This condo was perfect. Super cute, immaculately clean, great yard for our dogs. We loved it and would definitely rent again!!!
