We gladly reserve for you our Chalet Lucky in a trendy style with a direct view of the mountains.
A beautiful large sunny garden with lounge furniture and open barbecue area.
The price for this chalet Lucky starts from Euro 300, - Low season up to 690, - High season on the day depending on the season, for the whole family up to 14 persons.

The price depends on the season in which you want to book. The price includes everything: laundry, taxes and community taxes. Final cleaning 150, - Euro extra.
A welcome gugelhupf and a bottle of Prosecco awaits you.

If you are a larger group than 14 people, I can offer you in our apartment house which is only 5 minutes away, even more apartments.

The family-friendly, cozy, comfortable trendy chalet is equipped with a very large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea machine, electric stove with oven and much more.
A spacious living room makes you come to relax after a day in Salzburger Land.
The fireplace gives you a pleasant pleasure.
six bedrooms with views to the mountains and the wide meadows in stylish colors.

Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub brings time for romance or relaxation. 2 separate toilets.
Our house is located in a prime location on the outskirts not far away from the romantic Bluntautal, surrounded by meadows, a quiet place to relax and unwind.
Nevertheless, it is only 5 minutes walk to the center. Where you will find many good restaurants and nice bars, shops, the tourist office a spa, playground and the supermarket.
For all ages there is a swing and other small toys in our garden.
When you arrive, everything is prepared for you directly, the beds are made, tablecloths and towels, of course, we have prepared.

Golling is a beautiful place for skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and really enjoying the winter.

House Golling. A ski bus also shuttles you to many ski areas free of charge.

In summer, a place for hiking, cycling and swimming. We are happy to lend you our mountain bikes, of course for free.

Beautiful walking and hiking trails directly from our house. The romantic Bluntautal with its torrent and the beautiful Gollinger waterfall is nearby.
Our hiking area in Golling is excellent, we are happy to show you the most beautiful walks that you can start directly from our house. We can send you a hiking map in advance.
In summer, you can travel for free on all Postbus routes in Tennengau with your guest card.

For fishermen, offers a beautiful fishing area, you can reach within 10 minutes the first fish reservoir. We are happy to organize fishing tickets.

The nearest golf course is 15 minutes away, and also the most famous places like Fuschl, Eugendorf, Schladming,
Radstadt are all within 30 km.

Since we are only half an hour away from Salzburg you can also the sights of Salzburg
reach well. Other excursion possibilities can be visited with a short journey time.

Also the most famous lake areas, like St. Wolfgang, the Fuschlsee or the Wallersee are within one
good half hour to reach. There are many attractive water sports available.

We also reserve tennis courts, which are only 5 minutes away from our house.

If you are tired in the late afternoon and in desperate need of relaxation, the Aqua Salza spa, located a few minutes from our house, offers you all the possibilities. Warm saltwater pool, sports pool, sauna, steam baths
Solarium, massages and much more. We are happy to lend you bathrobes for a leisurely afternoon.

Golling is so central that you can experience something new every day with a short journey.

Whether you are interested in art, culture, sports or wellness health, the offer in Salzburg is very large.

Perfect stay

Charmantes Haus mit freundlichen Vermietern

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wir waren 12 Personen mit Kleinkind und einem Hund. Der Checkin und Checkout war sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben einige Tipps zu Unternehmungen bei Ankunft von den Vermietern erhalten und standen in einem regen sehr freundlichen Austausch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen.

Super Unterkunft!

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Unterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern läuft nicht nur reibungslos, sondern man kann auch ganz offen mit ihnen kommunizieren. Sie sind sehr tolerant und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderschöne Wochenende!

Wir waren alle total begeistert von dem großzügigen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Unsere Erwartungen wurden total übertroffen. Total nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Haus war sehr sauber, perfekt eingerichtet und die Lage mit Garten einfach ein Traum. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wow!!!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Plenty of rooms and spaces for our group of 8. Wonderful outdoor spaces too. And the hosts were incredible. Nina and Andy were easy to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations and made suggestions for great outings. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend and will return again!!!

Unterkunft mit absoluter Wohlfühl-Garantie!

Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen. Das Haus wurde richtig gemütlich vorbereitet, Kerzenschein & angenehmer Duft. Andy hat uns alles sehr nett gezeigt und erklärt. Seine Frau hat uns mit frisch gebackenen Kuchen (der übrigens sehr lecker war) & selbstgemachter Marmelade begrüßt. Die Ausstattung war top!

Mega Objekt mit 1a Betreuung durch die Gastgeber

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Das Haus eignet sich bestens für größere Gruppen. Da es wenig Nachbarn gibt, kann es auch etwas lauter werden. Das einzig „negative“ ist, dass die Küche und somit Wasserzugang/Kühlschrank im ersten Stock ist. Die Küche ist aber perfekt ausgestattet und die terasse im 1. Stock ist super!

Tolles Haus, tolle Gastgeber, perfekte Lage für viele schöne Ausflüge

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und mit viel Charme eingerichtet. Die Raumaufteilung und der schöne eingezäunte Garten waren für uns mit den Kindern und Hunden perfekt. Nina und Andy sind absolut liebenswerte und unglaublich bemühte Gastgeber. Die An- und Abreise war super unkompliziert und man spürt, dass die beiden wirklich Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft sind. Golling ist ein netter kleiner Ort und perfekte Ausgangslage für wahnsinnig viele schöne Ausflugsziele. Wir haben in unserem einwöchigen Urlaub lange nicht alles geschafft und sind fest entschlossen irgendwann mal wiederzukommen. Nina und Andy - wir freuen uns schon jetzt darauf! Bis dahin alles Gute für euch und vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub in eurem schönen Haus!

Flexible in the circumstances

Unfortunately we couldn't travel to the property due to the Coronavirus pandemic but Nina and Andy were very helpful throughout and have given us a voucher for another time. Their communication was excellent and we can't wait to rebook once the craziness is over!

an amazing house an amazing hosts

we had a wonderful week at Nina & Andy's property. we were a group of 14 (adults+children) and the house was more then adequate for our group. it was very spacious, very clean, and the location was great for sightseeing. there is a Supermarket 1 min from the house and some nice restaurants 5 mins walking. there is a big and free parking just next to the house which was great since we had 4 cars. and above all - Nina and Andy were just the perfect hosts! we had a freshly baked cake and homemade marmalade waiting for us when we got there, and throughout the entire stay they were always quick to respond and address our every need and request, and had some very nice tips/suggestions regarding places to visit/restaurants/etc. i would really recommend this property and i hope we'll have the chance of staying there next time we visit

Beautiful stay in a quiet town

Property was excellent, close enough to town for easy walking to groceries and the church, but situated in a way that feels comfortable and remote. The home was open and spacious, making our large group feel very at home. Everything was nicely adorned and clean. Andy and Nina were both extremely friendly and helpful, stayed in constant communication and went beyond expectations to ensure that we were comfortable and had a memorable trip. Awesome all around!
