"Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience. The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. "Stay was just perfect. Location was great. Room, actually, it was an apartment was super clean, comfy. Best bed I ever slept on. But.... what was incredible... this is out host Debora... She has messaged us, she has suggested what to visit, she is so so sooooo sooooo nice, which makes u want to come back and stay in Sarzana again, Debora is just the best!!!! "A great place to stay to get away from the crowds and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea. Given that it is away from the city center, you will need to take taxis or rent a car to get to where you want to go. The villa was peaceful, clean, and the bottles of wine and treats in the room were such a nice touch. Lastly, thank you Cristina and Nicola for a wonderful stay! You both were so kind and very helpful answering any questions I had! Highly recommend!"

"The place lives up to its name of “luxurious room”. The room is recently renovated and is modern, clean and well provisioned, even with slippers. It is located near the cruise ship pier and has restaurants nearby. The host is extremely gracious and hospitable. He not only waited to welcome us well into the night but also drove us to the Castle when we could not find a taxi to go there. The interaction with him left us a wonderful memory for La Spezia."

"Das Check-In ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Per WhatsApp erhielten wir die Bedienungsanleitung für den Zugang. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber. Wir haben 2x übernachtet, aber kein Personal gesehen. Um die Rechnung zu zahlen, mussten wir das Geld bar auf dem Tisch liegen lassen. Für uns ein wenig ungewohnt! Sehr teuer für das gebotene!"
