"Room was great, very clean, comfy bed. Customer service was lacking unfortunately. Check-in was slow but ok. The girl at the desk mentioned a new system being the cause of the delay. There were a few people waiting but only one person behind the desk. Checkout was actually terrible. We left early, about 6am. The girl behind the desk had headphones on and didn't remove them until we were right at the desk (she did see us coming). I had to tell her the room number three times in the space of 5...

"Overall, we had a great experience. The location is very convenient, the staff were friendly, and the room felt clean and quite spacious for two people. The shower was comfortable, and the in-room amenities were good quality. Just two minor notes regarding the bed - the mattress was a little too soft for us, and I could occasionally feel the springs while sleeping. The pillows were also more like couch-style pillows, which were not the most comfortable for sleeping. That said, we still enjoyed...
