Had a lovely big, clean room. Nice warm shower. However, i was in room 501 and it was noisy with the lift the otherside of the wall. The breakfast was fantastic. All staff were very friendly. 1. 청소가 제대로 되어있지 않았고, 캐비넷 상단에 정체 불명의 약품들이 있었음 2. 세탁기가 고장나서 일주일 동안 손으로 직접 빨래 3. 3주 중 뜨거운물이 이틀간 나오지 않음 4. 위 의 내용으로 리셉션을 6번 방문 했고 여러번 이메일과 채팅을 보냈지만 제대로된 답변을 받지못함
