"All aspects of the hotel were very good, all rooms were pleasingly decorated and as you would wish in a traditional highland hotel, even down to some whisky in the room. We requested a front room and this was provided. Great cooking. "

"Excellent location for a short stay. We stayed in the maxwells which were very comfortable with all the right facilities. My only suggestion would be to provide split bins for waste and recycling (landfill / plastic and tins) along with a tub for compostable waste. "

Food and service were excellent.
The room was clean, the bed comfortable (a lighter duvet would have been a bonus as the room was very warm and that was with the heating off and windows open).
If you fancy climbing a Munro, Schiehallion is about 15 minutes from the hotel to the car park.
Can't fault it and would stay again.

"Staff at reception couldn't be more helpful and has a pleasent manner. Room was spotless and cozy, fresh towels and hot water when needed. Bed was so comfy and really clean. I have booked for 2 days in 2 weeks. And price I could not get anywhere in Aberfeldy. William Thomson. "
