"This hotel is such a beautiful respite - the lake area with the Adirondack chairs is perfect to sit and relax. Having Mint (delicious Indian food) on site really completes the stay. My room was clean and decently sized. Will absolutely return!"

"The room was fantastic - lots of space and well laid out. Having a kitchen is always very helpful. The property was well kept and clean. I love the rustic vibe. The amenities were awesome - the kids spent all day in the large outdoor pool. We also enjoyed the arcade and mini-golf. The whole area is clean and comfortable. Staff were very responsive through text - which was handy. We had a little issue, but it was handled quickly. All-in-all, the whole family loved the room, had a great time...

"The room was spectacular! The entire facility was available to us, with wonderful sitting rooms, tables to play games. room service, a pool that is heated 365 days a year, and a history that would blow you away! Dining on the premises and a lovely gift shop."

"Absolutely loved every part of my stay at Hotel North. Parking was so easy and safe. The Hotel is decorated so tastefully, the staff was so welcoming. When I stepped into my room, I felt I had walked into a soothing refuge. Your decorators knew just how to balance the aesthetics with furnishings, art work, etc. Every detail was perfect - the room temperature, the comfortable bed, the quietness, etc. I will definitely recommend the Hotel North to anyone traveling to the Pittsfield area. "I had an absolutely amazing time here, it is even more beautiful than the pictures. Where do I begin! Right from the start we were greeted by welcoming staff who gave us a tour of the property on a golf cart as we reached our cabin. Golf carts are offered and easily available for a lift to anywhere within the property that you’d like. The shower pressure was perfect and hot as well.
