Staff was so friendly and provided us with a room with a balcony. The Starbucks located in the main lobby offered a nice variety of coffee. The hotel was a 20 minute drive to most of the locations we visited Downtown over the Easter holiday. Arizona financial Theatre, Arizona Science Center, & Chase Field. Directly across the hotel is a small amusement park...

"I found out after I left that there are free cookies for customers, but I was not able to taste them because I was not made aware by the employees. There was no body wash in the container in shower I was lucky to have a bar of soap handy. Other than that everything was great."

"The room was was acceptable, the showers need more cleaning where the tile meets the tub as there was a buildup of brown gunk around the perimeter. The towels had long strings of hir in them when unfold so we had to ask for many replacement towels and they charged me twice. I was charged by expiedia and the hotel after they confirmed that my booking was though expedia. When brought to the hotels attention they arrused us the charges would fall of but they didn't. When the charge posted they said...

"We had a an enjoyable stay at this hotel. Friendly staff at front desk (as well as Housekeeping staff) good parking spaces, right next door to a restaurant but most importantly a CLEAN ROOM. The first thing I check when staying in a hotel is a clean bed. The room included a microwave, keurig, a safe and a fridge in room. Next time we’re in town we plan on staying here again. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast as we preferred to sleep in. "
