"Check in and parking (surprise $$) were both a bit tediously over- cybered. Loads of info to put in before check in, and thankfully the manager Michael was there to speed it up and guide me through. Once in the apt- very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our stay was only 1 night, but a perfect place for an extended stay. Lovely pool/ large spa. Common areas well planned and tastefully decorated and arranged. They’ve left nothing out. "

"I stayed her previously and booked again. This room was on a different floor, had live cockroaches coming from the sink, bathtub and under the couch. I contacted the property manager and they were able to reassign me to another room on another floor that was clean without any sign of bugs. "

"It was a nice place but not in any kind of resort. It was an average apartment complex with a room to rent. The apartment was very nice and quiet. Fully stocked and nicely cleaned and decorated. Just not really as advertised in my opinion."

"Room was really nice, unfortunately there is no parking so you have to find parking on the street. It's very noisy late at night also."

"Great downtown property with rooftop pool. Right across the street from the train for transportation needs without a car. Only complaint is there needs to be more umbrellas for shade on the pool deck."

"This was a really lovely complex! The pool is fantastic, gym, essentially the entire 25th floor! Absolutely lovely. Close to really good restaurants and the Phoenix farmers market! The only thing was that there was no hand soap or body soap in the condo! Otherwise, this was an absolute perfect spot for a quick getaway— 10 minutes from the airport as well! "

"I did have an issue with no parking permit in the room but I was able to message them and get a response quickly. Overall had a nice stay and very convenient access."
