Brand New Fully Remodeled Guest house with new furniture and fixtures. Perfect for those guest who prefer their privacy! The guest is 600 square feet also has a uniquely attached garage. The guest house was completely remodeled in 2015 with every surface being touched. The kitchen has the latest in cabinetry, with a lazy susan and in cabinet trash receptacle. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice for those hot summer days!
For those guests that prefer to have off the street parking along with cozy accommodations. This guest house sports 670 square feet and has been completely remodeled from top to bottom! With the latest in furnishings your every need will be met!

A very cute place to stay. Comfortable and well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood with a very neat dessert shop on the corner, La Carreta de Lili. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful when we needed advice. We will definitely be hoping to stay here on our next trip for Spring Training baseball

Loved my stay in Phoenix and this cottage was in a great neighborhood! Very cozy and comfortable cottage near the airport and many great restaurants. Great communication from the owners too! I would definitely recommend this comfy cottage for anyone visiting Phoenix!

Close to family we were visiting. Quiet neighborhood. Seems to be a safe area. Kevin and Dan were awesome hosts who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Would have preferred a king size bed over the queen size but it was comfortable.

Just Right

From beginning to end the trip went well. Check in was clear and we enjoyed our stay. Hosts were quick to respond to questions we had. It was nice to have a separate bedroom & living room as one of us likes to stay up late and sleep in. Would stay here again next year!

Great place to stay when visiting AZ!

We stayed here for two nights on a road trip across Arizona and it was wonderful. Great location, close to downtown, Chase field, etc. Highly recommend booking with Kevin & Dan!

Trouble free stay

This rental was in a great location for our needs, and the price was excellent. The hosts were unobtrusive but kept in contact with us and let us know they were available if needed. This rental is in back of a house with a long-term tenant, but that was no problem, we didn't ever even see the tenants.The unit was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is OK, not upscale but not terrible either; we felt safe and chose this rental because it was close to where we needed to go. It's within easy driving distance of lots of retail and just a few blocks from Interstate 17. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hosts and perfect apartment for what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. The hosts were great. Quick responses to any type of questions. Place is very clean, its quiet , and has everything you would need for a couple or solo traveler. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the appliances and utensils. Highly recommend it. We would go back in a second.
