Enjoy incredible panoramic views of The Valley of the Moon, Kenwood and Santa Rosa at this private villa atop Trinity Mountain. This getaway is located in the Mayacama mountain range between Sonoma and Napa Valley, making it the perfect home base to fully experience all that wine country has to offer. It is just a 10 minute drive to the quaint village of Glen Ellen or Kenwood, and under 20 minutes to Yountville, Sonoma and St. Helena.

ABOUT THE HOUSE

This Italian style villa boasts incredible views of wine country with legendary sunsets. You will feel like you are on a retreat as you enjoy the gardens and many outdoor amenities surrounding the house. The grounds are very tranquil and private, being situated next to the expansive and beautiful Bouverie Preserve.

Your stay will have you experiencing la dolce vita as you recline on your lounge chair, gazing out at the breathtaking landscape. Utilize the Outdoor kitchen equipped with a seating area for 10 people. In the summer, swim in our Infinity salt water pool. Relax into the evening, sitting under the pantheon style shade structure with outdoor lighting for after sunset.

The interior has ample natural light with sliding glass doors leading to a large balcony. Experience home comfort in the spacious family room with a flat screen television. Sit among friends and family in our dining room with a large farmhouse table set for 10 and step out onto the large deck with wisteria.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and convection oven, granite countertops, and two walls of windows to enjoy the view even while you cook.

The 1st bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and walk in closet. Down the hall from the 1st bedroom and bathroom is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The 2nd bedroom is a master bedroom with California King bed, dresser, seating area and large bathroom with shower. The 3rd bedroom is off the kitchen with a spiral staircase leading down to your own great room with bathroom and a shower . There you will also find another smart TV , fireplace and pool table .

Our villa is the ideal location to experience the vineyards, tasting some of the finest wines in the world.

Head into downtown Glen Ellen for a bite to eat at one of the delicious restaurants that include our favorites like The Mill, Yeti Indian Nepalese, Poppy french-inspired food, Glen Ellen Star, Les Pascals bakery and garden court breakfast cafe

There is plenty of hiking in the surrounding area, Sugarloaf Ridge State Park, Sonoma Regional Park and of course the Bouverie Preserve.

You’re just over an hour from San Francisco if you want to visit one of the greatest cities in the country.
