Very Nice No Nonsense Place

This is a very nice property with no frills but everything you need for a short stay. The beds were nice and the kitchen has everything needed for your stay. Please note that they only provide a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels which for us consisted of a quarter of a roll of one ply toilet paper and almost a half a roll of paper towels. There are bath towels but bring beach towels if you need them for the lake. The icing on the cake was the very nice golf course less than a mile up the street. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quick few days getaway

The property was as described and pictured. Clean and cozy. Nice outdoor area for fire and pavilion. It was convenient to be able to do some laundry while we were there. You just need your own detergent. The kids enjoyed our stay as well.

Great place!

We used the place place to visit family. The location was only 5 minutes from where my aunt lived. Great place for those that are looking for a weekend fishing trip on lake Erie.

Weekend getaway in Erie

We had a wonderful time. Rented both cabins which worked out well for our family getaway. Close to water park, zoo and fishing. The owner was super nice. Would highly recommend!

Just what we needed

The beach house was just what we needed. Just big enough that we didn't feel cramped, but small enough that it was cozy. Loved the fire pit. Also loved the accessibility to things even though we felt like we were further off the beaten path. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for first time traveling with our dogs

We wanted to spend the weekend near Erie to visit a friend. This was our first time traveling with our dogs. This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, quiet and lots of area to walk our dogs. Everything was exactly as described and Jeff answered all our questions prior to our stay. Only 20 minutes from Erie/Presque Isle so visiting our friend and Presque Isle was easy.

PERFECT

This property was exactly what we wanted! A nice place to spend the long weekend with our family and dogs. We went sun-tue so we had the whole property to ourselves which was nice. As long as you'd have good people staying in the other house on the property, there would be no problems! We loved the location and it was very easy to get to Bayside Erie and Presque Isle. We enjoyed checking out some local places too like Peggy Grey's candy.

Great location

Perfect location for our DDay reenactment experience! Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our host was accessible. There was a storm and no power or water so we had to leave early. Host was very understanding. We will probably use this location again.

Summer fun with family
