"Great hotel"

"The staff are very accommodating and our room with its hot tub was spacious,clean and very quiet and comfortable. This will be our “go to “accommodation when in the area. Also a great breakfast !!"

"Alarm clocks throughout the hotel were going off at midnight. It seems they have alarms set for random times, in rooms where no one is staying so they don't get turned off. My own alarm went off at midnight, and after I turned it off, I heard others from other rooms. The first time I went to the front desk to inform staff, no one was there. The next time, someone did go to turn them off, but was unapologetic. When I informed the staff in the morning, no solution was offered. No one could explain...

"Room was clean and breakfast on the 2nd day was ok. Could not get in to get breakfast on the first day as there were a few high school teams staying there. Very noisy and noone would do anything about it. We were not told there were tournaments and a bunch of teams staying there. They would not ask them to keep to thier rooms. hinges on the doors need to be greased. Cleaning staff kept slamming doors when going in and out of rooms. Suffice it to say, for what i paid for 2 nights, i would have...

"It was a cold night. The heating didn’t work very well and the room was very cold. The mattress was good, but the pillows were not comfortable. The room was clean, parking right in front of the room. It was quite and check in was good. I arrived late, but they have service after 8pm I just needed to call. They also offer soda and chips for an extra charge (just at reception). Pet friendly"
