"Very professional staff . Internet was not working in my villa and was fixed very quickly . The transfer from Lombock to Trawangan had me waiting for more than 35 minutes for the boat ( the driver forgot to announce my arrival to harbor) and they compensated me with a 40% discount on the price of the transfer . "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kalua boutique bungalows. Our villa was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very helpful and attentative. We had a problem with our toilet and it was fixed promptly. The pool is lovely and surrounded by a nice garden. The breakfast included was nice as well.
