The living area offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, generous prep space, a breakfast bar and dining for six — ideal for shared meals and game nights.

Just steps away, the private hot tub overlooks the bay and changing tides — the ideal place to unwind after a day exploring Gig Harbor or nearby parks.

The large yard offers space for kids to play and room for your dog to explore (not fenced). A fire pit with seating makes evenings easy and memorable.

Your pet is welcome!
-One Dog Only- We welcome one well-behaved dog. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate other pets at this time.
-Supervision- Dogs must not be left alone inside the home unless securely crated.
-Furniture Policy- To keep things fresh for all guests, please keep pets off all furniture and beds.
-Potty Rules- Dogs must be fully potty trained. No pee pads, please.
-Outdoor Leash Use- Our property is not fenced, so we recommend keeping your dog leashed at all times outside.
-Pick Up After Your Pup- Please scoop the poop! Outdoor trash bins are available for disposal.
-Paw Patrol- Help keep our floors clean by wiping muddy or wet paws before coming inside. We have paw towels by the front door. Trimmed nails help prevent stratches on the floor.
-Noise Courtesy- We love a good woof now and then, but please prevent excessive barking—especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM).
-Bathing- Please don’t use the indoor showers, tubs, or hot tub for pet bathing. You’re welcome to use the outdoor hose or nearby pet wash stations.
-Fleas & Ticks- Dogs must be free of fleas and ticks before arrival.
-Damage & Liability- You are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or out.

A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $185 is required & helps cover the extra cleaning and care we provide for pet-friendly stays.


Wildlife sightings — eagles, herons, salmon and occasional seals — are common and clear nights are perfect for stargazing.

Waterfront Tidal & Bay Views-
The home sits on elevated, high-bank waterfront overlooking a peaceful and private saltwater bay. Large windows and the backyard lawn capture the natural beauty of this coastal setting throughout the day.

The tides shift twice daily, revealing ever-changing scenery — from shimmering water at high tide to sparkling tide flats, shoreline birds, and the gentle rhythm of coastal life when the water recedes.

There is no direct beach access from the yard.

The natural bluff slopes toward the bay, so we recommend supervising children and pets while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

Location-
While the home has a Gig Harbor address, it is located about 15 miles (approximately 25 minutes) from downtown Gig Harbor along scenic WA-302, near Allyn and Belfair.

The property sits near a two-lane roadway. Traffic can be noticeable from the driveway area and one rear bedroom, though the home’s insulated concrete construction keeps interior living spaces and the backyard very quiet.

Cell Service-
Cell phone reception can vary in this area. WiFi calling is recommended if supported by your provider.

Parking-
Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles. Street parking is not possible

Security-
Exterior cameras monitor the driveway, portions of the yard/covered patio and the front and back of the home for safety and property protection while the home is vacant. There are no interior cameras.

Hot Tub-
Use the hot tub at your own risk. Children should always be supervised.
Dogs are welcome- add them to your guest reservation to collect the $185 fee.
We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected delays, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
