"The best way I could describe this experience without being too transparent is make this your very last option. The location of this hotel is not only dangerous but it is not appealing to the eye at all. I had no idea that it was in the middle of a number of dispensaries. When I returned back to the hotel from a conference, I literally watched four drug sales right in front of the hotel as I'm walking for my car. The later it got at night the worst the activity. First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking. "Did NOT clean my room left it trash had to empty my own Trash and get fresh linen and towels and wash clothes along with getting new trash bags very dissatisfied"

"You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave."

"We had a wonderful stay this ek at the vine. Tim’s breakfasts were always good hearty and fresh, and they had firewood cut and ready clean pool, grounds and rooms cleaned every morning. If you’re planning a stay in Dundee or close proximity I highly recommend them!"
