"Danno servelizio spiaggia solo a chi ha prenotato con loro , altri bisogna pagare . Non attenti alle esigenze del cliente anzi se ne fregano ,cibo da mensa , ho avuto seri problemi alla reception,tanto da dover rivolgermi al direttore . Camera non corrispondente a quella pagata . "Perfectly located across from the beach. We were charged 10 dollars for 1 day breakfast for 2 people, which was disappointing because breakfast is very limited, mostly pastries and only 1 type of bread for toast. No healthy options other than some yogurt. The room was nice and clean but the beds very uncomfortable. Staff don't speak much English except for one nice gentleman who arranged a taxi to take us the next day to the train station. We would've been lost because it was a holiday and buses...

"We stayed for 3 nights (3rd week of June).Very nice resort, quiet, well maintained and with beautiful gardens. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. We also enjoyed the swimming pool as the temperature was very hot during our vacation in Italy. The beaches in Gianola and Formia are a few minutes away (by car) as well as the beautiful city of Gaeta. In short, the Kora Park Resort is a little gem to be discovered. "

"We stayed here about 30 years ago and enjoyed it. No change this time !!!! Room was classic (not modern). Beds a little firm. Balcony view was beautiful. The breakfast was wonderful and staff very pleasant. Does have a lift so that was very helpful with our luggage. Overall a great stay and value."

"We enjoyed a great 2 night stay. Here are some thoughta for anyone considering it as well The location is excellent, on a quiet side street only a minute from the waterfront road where we were able to leave our car.
