"This is a "Must stay" property. We needed a place near FCO to spend the night. This is a mom and poop property on the Tiber river. Wow!! The owners couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. All of the amenities in the room were like a 5 star property. They even sent us of with a bag of treats for our flight home. This is what customer service SHOULD be. Grazi!"

"Our favourite place to stay in all of italy. Newly renovated. Very modern. Amazing breakfast with lots of cakes, waters, yogurts, fruits, coffee. Owners are amazing and offer a taxi service to airport. Amazing water pressure in shower and best shower in italy.
If you need a place to stay before going to airport, this is the place…. Very quiet, sound proof room, and very safe and secure."

"I absolutely love this hotel the staff was amazing helpful and do kind. They had the most delicious breakfast amd where close to so many restaurants. We where even able to enjoy a local market where we bought hand made items back.
Would have loved to spend more time there and we really hope to return one day."

"The hotel was very basic and the room wasn’t particularly clean. There was mould on the bedroom wall and the shower looked like it had never been cleaned at all. The shower screen and base was coated in filth and the bathroom door handle was also filthy. The smell coming from the sink drain was foul.
I couldn’t really recommend this hotel due to the poor standard of cleaning."

"Room was spacious but the top floor rooms are extremely hot in the warmer months and the AC control units didn’t cool the room down properly enough to enjoy good sleep. I also thought the 11pm cutoff for check-in was stressful for a late flight that was delayed. Finally, I liked that the hotel provided a shuttle to the airport for me but I was unable to book the shuttle upon arrival as they were unresponsive over WhatsApp so I had to pay an expensive taxi one way."

"The staff was very nice and seemed very helpful. I got to my room extremely tiny!!!
The bathroom sink held water and so did the bidet so I had a very hard time, washing hands, face, brushing teeth, etc. it was slightly disgusting! The air conditioner did work well, however it was so loud, I thought I was in an airplane engine all night.
Very close to great restaurants and they had a taxi ordered for me that arrived very punctually. We were both 10 minutes early."

"Staff was helpful. Location is in the middle of residential area. It’s not convenient location to visit Rome. Nearest coffee and food shops are 15 -20 minutes walk. They will give you 4 keys to open and close locks of main gate, building doors 2nd floor door and room door. No staff service available after 10.30 PM until 7.00 AM. They have good drop off shuttle service for airport. Front desk lady was very helpful in explaining everything. Next time if I need to take early morning flight, I...
